[2015] The purpose of this article was to elaborate a social housing and daycare project near to Buffalo Park in south zone of SĂŁo Paulo. The project consists at 9 housing towers located in different levels and interconnected by walkways. The apartments are modulated to connect to themselves and to shelter different family sizes. On the ground floor, besides commerce, there is also a green free area in front of the creek and a daycare as an public equipment.

The chosen building land is located in the south zone of São Paulo, next to the dam. The project intend to provide better housing to people from the neighborhood which will be next to the equipments: CEU (Unified Educational Center) and the Buffalo Park.

[2015] The Project purpose is to provide entertainment to pour North Brazilian population who doesn’t have access to cinema. The travelling cinema attends 112 people and it’s constructive elements are metallic shallow foundation, metallic sustentation structure to sustain U-shaped metallic plates.


Location-Northeast BR The choice of locations was based on research into places where the populations had little or no access to entertainment. Being the largest region in Brasil with a lack of the equipment, the northeast was choosen and a map was made with places where cinema would be deployed in.

EMERGENCY BATHROOM Independent Study -2015

[2015] The research of the APIS Project - Emergency Bathroons after floods is coordinated by Professor Dr. Lara Leite Barbosa de Senne and consists on the development of the project and the prototyping of a temporary emergency room for emergency situations related to the rains. The direct participation was in banana fiber panels with polyurethane resin production, wich were used as a vertical fence. Of great resistance and good impermeability, the material was chosen based on tests. In addition to producing the panels, drawings and calculations were made to define the amount of painels needed, as well as the study os cutting boards.

[2016] The project is divided into housing, commercial and cultural area. Located in the region of “Luzâ€? in SĂŁo Paulo, the land was occupied in order to create an internal space of permanence that separates the apartments from commercial area and the house of culture, which is composed of 3 floors interconected by a ramp that allow access from the ground floor to the sunwoom. The apartments are modular, comprising families of 2, 4 or 6 people and are distributed so that all floors have free and wooded areas.

[2016] The objective of this work was to study the northern stretch of the Mario Covas Rodoanel, understanding its impact on the SĂŁo Paulo road system, the Cantareira park and the houses bordering the highway. As a product, study maps of the region were produced, as well as the proposal of a new zoning based on the needs of the area and also a project proposal of different uses in the elevated stretches of the highway.

GREEN AREAS

The choice of the sites of implementation of the intervention project was based on the study of stretches of Mario Covas Roadway. Analyzing the map with the northern section, potential points for interventions were defined, located under the viaducts of the highway. The criteria used for the selection were: proximity to the neighborhoods (to facilitate access), low relief and less interference that would be made in the vegetation.


ZONE INTERVENTION

The study of the northern region of the Rodoanel was carried out to understand its surroundings and to propose zoning and projection interventions. It was concluded that it would be interesting to keep near the highway the industrial use and the mixed use to supply not only the residents of the region, but also the drivers who pass through the stretch. In addition, the environmental conservation zone was conserved, as well as a large part of the existing dwellings.

Busca-se adicionar programas que gerem uxos constantes no baixio do viaduto, sendo que a intervenção pode ser ampliada para o vazio urbano adjacente. Para tanto, os detalhes abaixo exempliicam possibilidades de interv çar esses objetivos nas diferentes situações em que os trechos dos viadutos estão inseridos.

[2014] The objective of this discipline is to develop the design thinking of Industrial Design with the construction of three-dimensional elements from folds and cuts. In the project it was not allowed to use glue or adhesive tapes, only folds and cuts and folds that supported the weight of a bottle.

[2014] The second design of the Enclosure discipline was the “Habitáculo”, making use of cardboard and masking tape to join the modules. The project has square modules folded so that, together, they have different shapes.
