Family Cruise Departures & Child Policy As this is a small ship cruising product, we have a minimum age policy of 14 years for children travelling with parents outside of special ‘Family Cruise Departure Dates’. During Family Cruise Departures, our infant fares apply for those 4 years and under (based on using a daybed in an Orchid Cabin) and child fares apply to children 5-13 years inclusive – the per child rate is based on 2 children sharing a cabin OR 1 child and 1 adult sharing (child pays Child Fare and adult pays Adult Twin/Double Share Fare). Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd proudly sponsors and supports the charitable organisation ‘Vinaka Fiji Trust’ and the excellent work it does in the villages of the Yasawa Islands. Rather than a gratuity payment, Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd invites guests to join them in supporting Vinaka Fiji by allowing the DONATION that will be automatically added to their account at the end of their stay to remain. Guests will have the chance to decline it or alter the amount. The DONATION AMOUNTS that will be shown will be FJD$100 per cabin for 3 & 4 night cruise guests/FJD$150 per cabin for 7 night cruise guests. Charters and Groups A discounted rate and complimentary cabins apply when booking a charter or group of 10 cabins or more with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Advance Bookings Advance bookings for travel past 31 Mar 2025 will be accepted on these fares until the new seasons pricing is released. Liability Where another company or persons operate the tour, activity or excursion (such as diving, accommodation or shore transfers) Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Prices Prices include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). While we try our utmost not to increase our prices, this is sometimes outside our control. On that basis, we reserve the right to amend our prices although amendments should occur only in the instance of increases in our costs to deliver the cruise such as but not limited to, fuel costs, increase or change to government taxes and charges, exchange rate fluctuations, and ground costs beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises and which are deemed material to operations. Any increase in price must be paid before departure. Health & Visa Requirements It is the responsibility of all guests travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd to check and adhere to Fiji’s current health & visa requirements to enter the country. Travel Insurance There are limited medical facilities in the Yasawa Islands so if any medical problem arises you will need to return to Nadi. If you develop a serious medical problem you will most likely want to leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand or home. Please be aware that there is some risk when transferring on and off the tender boat from the ship. Sea conditions and weather systems can prevent travel on booked dates. It is therefore an essential condition of travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect yourself in the event of cancellation that may occur for any reason whatsoever including that of weather or any other reason beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises. Deposit Protection Plan The Deposit Protection Plan is a scheme offered to guests of Blue Lagoon Cruises to allow them to book confidently and transfer their deposit payment towards any future Blue Lagoon Cruises trip in the event that they are unable to travel on the cruise their originally booked. Deposit protection is entirely optional, can be invoked for any reason by the guest, and requires the per person additional fee to be purchased (for each person in the booking) at the original time of booking. • Deposit Protection is AUD$112 per person and is only available at the time of booking, is payable together with the deposit payment towards the cruise. It cannot be added subsequently after the cruise deposit (or full payment) has been paid. • The Deposit Protection Plan is not refundable and is not available for any cruise fares where the full payment is due at the time of booking. • The purchaser can activate the Deposit Protection Plan any time up to 60 days prior to their cruise departure date or prior to full payment being made (whichever is first). • To activate the Deposit Protection plan and amend an existing booking, the purchaser must confirm in writing along with their new dates to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • For the amended booking, the guest can choose any cruise type and cabin category departing within 12 months of the Deposit Plan activation (subject to availability). • The new amended booking will be treated as a completely new booking and the guest can choose to obtain the Deposit Protection Plan again. The full amount of deposit already paid less the Deposit Protection Fee will be applied towards the amended booking with no other fees or charges. • If the amended booking deposit is less than the deposit amount already paid, then the excess amount will be applied towards final payment due on the amended booking. If the amended booking deposit is greater than deposit already paid, the guest must top up the additional amount to confirm the amended booking.

• In the unlikely event that the amended booking cruise fare is less than the deposit amount already paid, then no refund will be given, and any excess will be forfeited. • Please note that the Deposit Protection is not meant to replace travel insurance, which we strongly recommend the guest has in place separately. Payment Terms • Upon booking confirmation of your Blue Lagoon Cruise, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cruise value is required. Exceptions - Bookings made on the Earlybird Savings deal require a non-refundable deposit of 25% and select special offers may be fully payable within 7 days of the booking confirmation. • Full Payment of your total cruise value is required no later than 60 days prior to your cruise departure date. • Bookings made within 60 days of your cruise departure date, must be paid in full within 7 days of the booking confirmation. • For any credit card or international debit card payment a non-refundable 2.5-3% administration fee applies. • On receipt of cleared payment of the cruise fare(s) or any part thereof by Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd, a binding contract shall be deemed to exist between the passenger(s) and Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd subject to the terms and conditions. Amendments and Cancellations • A mendments: Any guest who chooses to make a new booking with Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to change their cruise departure date/postpone their cruise or make one name change up until 60 days prior to travel without incurring any amendment fees regardless of the fare type being booked as long as the new cruise date is for the same or longer duration and the same or higher cabin grade and within the same contract season/fare validity. A reduction in cruise duration and/or cabin grade may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking. Changes are subject to confirmation and need to me made in writing to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • Cancellation fees: All cancellations must be in writing to Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd, and the timing shall be based on the day of receipt of such notification by Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date the booking is received to our cancellation terms being applied. - More than 60 days prior to departure: Forfeit the deposit (unless transferring date) - 31 to 60 days prior to departure: Forfeit 60% of applicable fare - 0 to 30 days prior to departure: Forfeit 100% of applicable fare Bookings made on special cruise fares as released throughout the year may be fly non-refundable once confirmed. Please carefully check individual terms and conditions relevant to each special as these standard cancellation fees may not be applicable. Book with Confidence We have made a successful return to cruising since December 2021 and our onboard protocols meet the CareFiji Commitment Government requirements. Nevertheless, if any new health directions from any government authority occur: • affecting your ability to travel to join the ship for your booked departure and you inform us of this development or • renders Blue Lagoon Cruises unable to operate our voyage and we inform you of this development. Then we will provide you with a 100% 'cruise credit' to the full amount of the net fare received by Blue Lagoon Cruises which you can apply to a subsequent departure of your choice and date. This cruise credit has a two-year expiry date from the original cruise departure date and can be used on any future voyage with Blue Lagoon Cruises (subject to availability). Future Travel Credits may be shared or given to a friend or a family member, provided written consent is given to Blue Lagoon Cruises. The future travel credit is to be used within two (2) years from the original cruise departure date. Overbooking & Offloading Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will make every attempt to avoid any overbooking or offloading situation, however should this occur: • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will notify all parties of any change in booking confirmation as quickly as possible • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will jointly agree with all parties on an agreed alternate cruise or property of a comparable price • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will assist with any associated ground related costs with the amendment or offer a full refund. Force Majeure Blue Lagoon Cruises shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations specified herein arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, riots, accidents, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes or acts of God, virus outbreaks, pandemics, power or any other mechanical failures, computer virus, governmental action, or communications disruption. It is therefore an essential condition of travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect yourself in the event of cancellation that may occur for any reason whatsoever including that of weather or any other reason beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises. Deposit Protection Plan The Deposit Protection Plan is a scheme offered to guests of Blue Lagoon Cruises to allow them to book confidently and transfer their deposit payment towards any future Blue Lagoon Cruises trip in the event that they are unable to travel on the cruise their originally booked. Deposit protection is entirely optional, can be invoked for any reason by the guest, and requires the per person additional fee to be purchased (for each person in the booking) at the original time of booking. • Deposit Protection is EUR€71 per person and is only available at the time of booking, is payable together with the deposit payment towards the cruise. It cannot be added subsequently after the cruise deposit (or full payment) has been paid. • The Deposit Protection Plan is not refundable and is not available for any cruise fares where the full payment is due at the time of booking. • The purchaser can activate the Deposit Protection Plan any time up to 60 days prior to their cruise departure date or prior to full payment being made (whichever is first). • To activate the Deposit Protection plan and amend an existing booking, the purchaser must confirm in writing along with their new dates to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • For the amended booking, the guest can choose any cruise type and cabin category departing within 12 months of the Deposit Plan activation (subject to availability). • The new amended booking will be treated as a completely new booking and the guest can choose to obtain the Deposit Protection Plan again. Amendments and Cancellations • A mendments: Any guest who chooses to make a new booking with Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to change their cruise departure date/postpone their cruise or make one name change up until 60 days prior to travel without incurring any amendment fees regardless of the fare type being booked as long as the new cruise date is for the same or longer duration and the same or higher cabin grade and within the same contract season/fare validity. A reduction in cruise duration and/or cabin grade may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking. Future Travel Credits may be shared or given to a friend or a family member, provided written consent is given to Blue Lagoon Cruises. The future travel credit is to be used within two (2) years from the original cruise departure date. Family Cruise Departures & Child Policy As this is a small ship cruising product, we have a minimum age policy of 14 years for children travelling with parents outside of special ‘Family Cruise Departure Dates’. Nevertheless, if any new health directions from any government authority occur: • affecting your ability to travel to join the ship for your booked departure and you inform us of this development or • renders Blue Lagoon Cruises unable to operate our voyage and we inform you of this development. Then we will provide you with a 100% 'cruise credit' to the full amount of the net fare received by Blue Lagoon Cruises which you can apply to a subsequent departure of your choice and date. This cruise credit has a two-year expiry date from the original cruise departure date and can be used on any future voyage with Blue Lagoon Cruises (subject to availability). Future Travel Credits may be shared or given to a friend or a family member, provided written consent is given to Blue Lagoon Cruises. The future travel credit is to be used within two (2) years from the original cruise departure date. Family Cruise Departures & Child Policy As this is a small ship cruising product, we have a minimum age policy of 14 years for children travelling with parents outside of special ‘Family Cruise Departure Dates’. Rather than a gratuity payment, Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd invites guests to join them in supporting Vinaka Fiji by allowing the DONATION that will be automatically added to their account at the end of their stay to remain. Guests will have the chance to decline it or alter the amount. The DONATION AMOUNTS that will be shown will be FJD$100 per cabin for 3 & 4 night cruise guests/FJD$150 per cabin for 7 night cruise guests. Charters and Groups A discounted rate and complimentary cabins apply when booking a charter or group of 10 cabins or more with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Prices Prices include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). While we try our utmost not to increase our prices, this is sometimes outside our control. On that basis, we reserve the right to amend our prices although amendments should occur only in the instance of increases in our costs to deliver the cruise such as but not limited to, fuel costs, increase or change to government taxes and charges, exchange rate fluctuations, and ground costs beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises and which are deemed material to operations. Any increase in price must be paid before departure. Health & Visa Requirements It is the responsibility of all guests travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd to check and adhere to Fiji’s current health & visa requirements to enter the country. Travel Insurance There are limited medical facilities in the Yasawa Islands so if any medical problem arises you will need to return to Nadi. If you develop a serious medical problem you will most likely want to leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand or home. Please be aware that there is some risk when transferring on and off the tender boat from the ship. Sea conditions and weather systems can prevent travel on booked dates. It is therefore an essential condition of travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect yourself in the event of cancellation that may occur for any reason whatsoever including that of weather or any other reason beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises. Deposit Protection Plan The Deposit Protection Plan is a scheme offered to guests of Blue Lagoon Cruises to allow them to book confidently and transfer their deposit payment towards any future Blue Lagoon Cruises trip in the event that they are unable to travel on the cruise their originally booked. Deposit protection is entirely optional, can be invoked for any reason by the guest, and requires the per person additional fee to be purchased (for each person in the booking) at the original time of booking. • Deposit Protection is CAD$102 per person and is only available at the time of booking, is payable together with the deposit payment towards the cruise. It cannot be added subsequently after the cruise deposit (or full payment) has been paid. • The Deposit Protection Plan is not refundable and is not available for any cruise fares where the full payment is due at the time of booking. • The purchaser can activate the Deposit Protection Plan any time up to 60 days prior to their cruise departure date or prior to full payment being made (whichever is first). • To activate the Deposit Protection plan and amend an existing booking, the purchaser must confirm in writing along with their new dates to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • For the amended booking, the guest can choose any cruise type and cabin category departing within 12 months of the Deposit Plan activation (subject to availability). • The new amended booking will be treated as a completely new booking and the guest can choose to obtain the Deposit Protection Plan again. The full amount of deposit already paid less the Deposit Protection Fee will be applied towards the amended booking with no other fees or charges. • If the amended booking deposit is less than the deposit amount already paid, then the excess amount will be applied towards final payment due on the amended booking. If the amended booking deposit is greater than deposit already paid, the guest must top up the additional amount to confirm the amended booking.

• In the unlikely event that the amended booking cruise fare is less than the deposit amount already paid, then no refund will be given, and any excess will be forfeited. • Please note that the Deposit Protection is not meant to replace travel insurance, which we strongly recommend the guest has in place separately. Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd proudly sponsors and supports the charitable organisation ‘Vinaka Fiji Trust’ and the excellent work it does in the villages of the Yasawa Islands. Rather than a gratuity payment, Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd invites guests to join them in supporting Vinaka Fiji by allowing the DONATION that will be automatically added to their account at the end of their stay to remain. Guests will have the chance to decline it or alter the amount. The DONATION AMOUNTS that will be shown will be FJD$100 per cabin for 3 & 4 night cruise guests/FJD$150 per cabin for 7 night cruise guests. Charters and Groups A discounted rate and complimentary cabins apply when booking a charter or group of 10 cabins or more with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Advance Bookings Advance bookings for travel past 31 Mar 2025 will be accepted on these fares until the new seasons pricing is released. Weather Cruise itineraries are subject to weather conditions and are operated at the sole discretion of Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Blue Lagoon Cruises reserves the right to operate any vessel, to decline to accept or retain any person(s) on any part of the cruise, cancel, amend or reschedule any cruise activity or service for any reason which Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd consider desirable or necessary in the interests of operational necessity, safety or wellbeing. All timings (including arrival and departure times) are provided as a guide so no warranty, condition or guarantee, express or implied, is given or intended. Liability Where another company or persons operate the tour, activity or excursion (such as diving, accommodation or shore transfers) Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. Prices Prices include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). While we try our utmost not to increase our prices, this is sometimes outside our control. On that basis, we reserve the right to amend our prices although amendments should occur only in the instance of increases in our costs to deliver the cruise such as but not limited to, fuel costs, increase or change to government taxes and charges, exchange rate fluctuations, and ground costs beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises and which are deemed material to operations. Any increase in price must be paid before departure. Health & Visa Requirements It is the responsibility of all guests travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd to check and adhere to Fiji’s current health & visa requirements to enter the country. Travel Insurance There are limited medical facilities in the Yasawa Islands so if any medical problem arises you will need to return to Nadi. If you develop a serious medical problem you will most likely want to leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand or home. Please be aware that there is some risk when transferring on and off the tender boat from the ship. Sea conditions and weather systems can prevent travel on booked dates. It is therefore an essential condition of travelling with Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect yourself in the event of cancellation that may occur for any reason whatsoever including that of weather or any other reason beyond the control of Blue Lagoon Cruises. Deposit Protection Plan The Deposit Protection Plan is a scheme offered to guests of Blue Lagoon Cruises to allow them to book confidently and transfer their deposit payment towards any future Blue Lagoon Cruises trip in the event that they are unable to travel on the cruise their originally booked. Deposit protection is entirely optional, can be invoked for any reason by the guest, and requires the per person additional fee to be purchased (for each person in the booking) at the original time of booking. • Deposit Protection is FJD$165 per person and is only available at the time of booking, is payable together with the deposit payment towards the cruise. It cannot be added subsequently after the cruise deposit (or full payment) has been paid. • The Deposit Protection Plan is not refundable and is not available for any cruise fares where the full payment is due at the time of booking. • The purchaser can activate the Deposit Protection Plan any time up to 60 days prior to their cruise departure date or prior to full payment being made (whichever is first). • To activate the Deposit Protection plan and amend an existing booking, the purchaser must confirm in writing along with their new dates to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • For the amended booking, the guest can choose any cruise type and cabin category departing within 12 months of the Deposit Plan activation (subject to availability). • The new amended booking will be treated as a completely new booking and the guest can choose to obtain the Deposit Protection Plan again. The full amount of deposit already paid less the Deposit Protection Fee will be applied towards the amended booking with no other fees or charges. • If the amended booking deposit is less than the deposit amount already paid, then the excess amount will be applied towards final payment due on the amended booking. If the amended booking deposit is greater than deposit already paid, the guest must top up the additional amount to confirm the amended booking.

• In the unlikely event that the amended booking cruise fare is less than the deposit amount already paid, then no refund will be given, and any excess will be forfeited. • Please note that the Deposit Protection is not meant to replace travel insurance, which we strongly recommend the guest has in place separately. Payment Terms • Upon booking confirmation of your Blue Lagoon Cruise, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cruise value is required. Exceptions - Bookings made on the Earlybird Savings deal require a non-refundable deposit of 25% and select special offers may be fully payable within 7 days of the booking confirmation. • Full Payment of your total cruise value is required no later than 60 days prior to your cruise departure date. • Bookings made within 60 days of your cruise departure date, must be paid in full within 7 days of the booking confirmation. • For any credit card or international debit card payment a non-refundable 2.5-3% administration fee applies. • On receipt of cleared payment of the cruise fare(s) or any part thereof by Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd, a binding contract shall be deemed to exist between the passenger(s) and Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd subject to the terms and conditions. Amendments and Cancellations • A mendments: Any guest who chooses to make a new booking with Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to change their cruise departure date/postpone their cruise or make one name change up until 60 days prior to travel without incurring any amendment fees regardless of the fare type being booked as long as the new cruise date is for the same or longer duration and the same or higher cabin grade and within the same contract season/fare validity. A reduction in cruise duration and/or cabin grade may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking. Changes are subject to confirmation and need to me made in writing to cruisecentre@bluelagooncruises.com • Cancellation fees: All cancellations must be in writing to Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd, and the timing shall be based on the day of receipt of such notification by Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date the booking is received to our cancellation terms being applied. - More than 60 days prior to departure: Forfeit the deposit (unless transferring date) - 31 to 60 days prior to departure: Forfeit 60% of applicable fare - 0 to 30 days prior to departure: Forfeit 100% of applicable fare Bookings made on special cruise fares as released throughout the year may be fly non-refundable once confirmed. Please carefully check individual terms and conditions relevant to each special as these standard cancellation fees may not be applicable. Book with Confidence We have made a successful return to cruising since December 2021 and our onboard protocols meet the CareFiji Commitment Government requirements. Nevertheless, if any new health directions from any government authority occur: • affecting your ability to travel to join the ship for your booked departure and you inform us of this development or • renders Blue Lagoon Cruises unable to operate our voyage and we inform you of this development. Then we will provide you with a 100% 'cruise credit' to the full amount of the net fare received by Blue Lagoon Cruises which you can apply to a subsequent departure of your choice and date. This cruise credit has a two-year expiry date from the original cruise departure date and can be used on any future voyage with Blue Lagoon Cruises (subject to availability). Future Travel Credits may be shared or given to a friend or a family member, provided written consent is given to Blue Lagoon Cruises. The future travel credit is to be used within two (2) years from the original cruise departure date. Overbooking & Offloading Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will make every attempt to avoid any overbooking or offloading situation, however should this occur: • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will notify all parties of any change in booking confirmation as quickly as possible • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will jointly agree with all parties on an agreed alternate cruise or property of a comparable price • Blue Lagoon Cruises Ltd will assist with any associated ground related costs with the amendment or offer a full refund. Force Majeure Blue Lagoon Cruises shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations specified herein arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, riots, accidents, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes or acts of God, virus outbreaks, pandemics, power or any other mechanical failures, computer virus, governmental action, or communications disruption.
