Restaurant : The Fresques
Located in the right wing of the Castle, the restaurant "The Fresques" is the symbol of gastronomy at the Castle, it is distinguished by its magnificent frescoes on the walls, the views of the lake, terrace and its decoration, the both chic and cozy, where shades of gray extend as far as the draped picture windows. Our Executive Chef, Didier Casaguana, put on your plate all his passion for local produce in the first place with the nose and the products of the season.

Casaguana Didier is in the kitchen since 2000. Toulouse home, he likes to cook the local flavors and all products smelling the sun, reminiscent of the Southwest accents and exude friendliness.
