Our Founder: Lane Pettigrew an American and St. Lucian citizen, born in Venezuela and educated at The University of Sheffield in England . His professional life has been dedicated to the advancement of tourism and residential development in the Caribbean, Central America and now the Pacific.

Lane was awarded a Diploma of Architecture with a distinction in Design. and is a former member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the American Institute of Architects, with offices in Roatan, Honduras and Guatemala City, LPA are creating new residential and resort designs in the Western Caribbean.

SAN FRANCISCO (Agosto 21 2019)- Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants anunció que abrirá un impresionante resort boutique en la Isla Roatán, en West Bay a principios de 2021 El nuevo resort de Kimpton en Roatán, Honduras marcará el tercer resort en el Caribe para la compañía de hoteles boutique, uniéndose a Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa en Gran Caimán, abierto en 2016 y Kimpton Kawana Bay Resort en Granada, que está programado para abrir a finales de 2020

Propiedad y desarrollo de Vista Capital, el nuevo Kimpton Roatán será un rediseño del ya existente Grand Roatán Resort y será el primer servicio de hospitalidad de marca internacional en la isla Con la firma de arquitectos establecida en el Caribe, Lane Pettigrew Associates al timón, el nuevo Kimpton expandirá la huella de la propiedad a un total de 126 habitaciones incluyendo 43 suites de una o dos recámaras y una suite Presidencial Los huéspedes del resort podrán disfrutar de amenidades como un rooftop sky bar con alberca con vidrio frontal, una amplia alberca al aire libre, restaurante liderado por un chef, lounge y bares en la playa, fitness center, spa de lujo, instalaciones para deportes acuáticos y más de 500 metros cuadrados de espacios para reuniones y eventos

ST. LUCIA

LPA were the architects and the co-developers of this property, which first opened in 1992 and which we rebuilt in 2012. LPA planned, designed every aspect of this resort with clusters of cottages in the rain forest which descend the hills until they gently kiss the sea.

RITZ CARLTON BERMUDA

In Bermuda’s Great Sound, LPA created a mixed use master plan with a unique architectural style drawing from traditional Bermudian details. The property features residences, a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, two marinas, a waterfront village and branded condominiums.

In 2010 Cap Maison was awarded the “ Best Boutique Resort in the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific.”

Zemi Beach House Resort & Spa blends modern island style with unique design features for all who share in the pursuit of a life well lived.

THE CRANE BARBADOS

The Crane, built in 1887 was one of the first resort hotels in the Caribbean.

LPA drew on the style of the original Georgian architecture using string courses, clipped eaves, hip roofs and bay windows, which were expanded into towers enclosing a pool for each floor.

SAVANNAH BEACH HOTEL BARBADOS

LPA designed Savannah in the Garrison Historic Area in Barbados a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

LPA designed swim up guest rooms connecting with private verandahs in a traditional louvre shutter style. The design was a modern adaption of the Bajan Georgian style.

RAIN FOREST SPA

Built with a local team of Rastas in the rainforest using Carib Indian woven walls and grass roofs, this spa has become a a unique destination in its own right.

A different type of resorts, hotels and beach residences has been designed by Lane Pettigrew theLPAfounder.Lanehasbeenthebasetodevelop a successful company based on world class standars. Now the company is developing projects not just in the Caribbean countries and all around theworld.

LPA INTERIOR DESIGN

Architectureisamultidisciplinarydiscipline,oneof the most important complements in a grate design is an interior design, a great composition, between the exterior and the exterior. LPA has developed the interior design of many of his architecturalprojectsasanintegratedservice. Creating spaces with no barriers, connecting the exteriorwiththeinterior.Interiordesignistogibe an experience to the users, we firmly believe that each project is unique and its spaces speak for themselves, being the essence of who we are, inspired by the initial concept, creating first-class environmentsandstyling.
