A brief description of its use in the kitchen The tilted fry pan is ideally suited for roasting meat, cooking and stewing vegetables and other foodstuffs. The tilting frying pan is flexible, especially in the processing of small batches. The pan is equipped with an electrical heating system. The heating bars are mounted inside a double shell which is filled with thermal oil. This allows an even heat distribution and also a high capacity of the heat accumulator, which eliminates a drop of temperature in the pan intensifying the roasting process. Boiling water forms steam that's used to cook the food without oil or submerging it in water and losing nutrients. Unplug cord from outlet. Before cleaning, allow Steamer to cool. Empty the drip tray and the water reservoir. Wash lid, steaming bowl, rice bowl and drip tray in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry all parts, or wash on top rack of dishwasher. Clean reservoir with soapy water then wipe with damp cloth.
