Put the 2 pieces together right sides facing Sew side and bottom1/4 in from edge attach ribbon here
Fold over the top of bag about 1/2 inch and make a seam around the whole top of the bag. Turn bag right side out. Cut a piece of ribbon 24 inches long. Attach the ribbon 4 inches from the top along one of the seems (see left). •Helpful hints: backstitch at ribbon to reinforce it! Also, use very thin fabric so it does not weigh too much!
