Important Vacation Home Facts • Your home will be cleaned, inspected and ready for you prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at a fee. • You will require a rental car when staying in a vacation home. • Our vacation homes include complimentary WiFi for your use. This can also include free long-distance calling using the home’s land line. • Pool heat is available at an extra charge. It is not required between the months of May and November. • Arriving late? We can pre-arrange a welcome grocery pack including snacks and beverages and items for breakfast the next morning. • All linens and towels are provided clean within the home. A washer/dryer is in the home should you wish to clean and refresh these during your stay.

• Nearby grocery stores and Walmarts sell small-sized items like dishwasher and clothing detergent, condiments, etc. suitable for vacation home stays. • Barbecues? Most vacation homes do not include these, however, they can be ordered at a charge. • Homes are equipped with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and other cooking utensils. of home. This means you choose the size and starcategory of home, however, you don’t know which exact home or community you will be staying in until you check-in at the welcome centre. NAMED COMMUNITY For a small fee, you can

choose the community you would like to stay in – whether it’s gated, or close to golf or has a common area with added facilities, such as a club house. For your convenience, we have rated the communities we recommend. SPECIFIC HOME For an additional fee, you can

choose an exact home in an exact community, after seeing a selection of interior and exterior photos, reviewing a detailed description of the home and learning about the community.

Vacation Home Star Ratings YOU CAN CHOOSE A 3-, 4- OR 5-STAR HOME. A vacation home’s star rating is based on its condition, décor, amenities and overall appeal. A 3-star home will often be a bit older, and while well-outfitted, the décor may be more basic and appliances, televisions, and other amenities not to the newest or highest standard. A 5-star home, by comparison, tends to be of newer construction and will often be outfitted with newer appliances, more-modern décor and other features, such as a games room and a spa adjacent to the outdoor pool.
