Šešių daugiabučių kvartalas iškilo ant Vilnelės kranto sostinės savivaldybės inicijuoto projekto „Architektūros parkas“ teritorijoje, kuri driekiasi nuo Užupio iki Belmonto miško ir ribojasi su vingriąja Vilnele. Vienas svarbiausių tikslų buvo sukurti kiekvienam butui balkoną ar terasą, kad galima būtų gėrėtis Belmonto gamta. Suprojektuoti balkonai – ne standartiniai, įprasti daugiabučiuose namuose, o gerokai erdvesni.

The six-apartment block of flats was built on the banks of the Vilnelė River, in the territory of the Architecture Park project initiated by the municipality of the capital city, which stretches from Užupis to the Belmont Forest and borders on the banks of the Vilnelė River. The spacious balconies and terraces of the apartments offer the newcomers a magnificent view of the spring-green Vilnelė valley. One of the main goals of the project is to create a balcony or terrace for each apartment, from which the natural beauty of Belmont can be enjoyed. The balconies are not the standard balconies that are common in apartment buildings, but are much more spacious.
