Description: I participated in the training course ‘Youth exchanges for beginners’ during 19-28 October 2015 in Latvia. This project offered opportunities for participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, UK, Portugal, Italy and Romania to learn more about international youth exchange. This training helped better understand what quality international youth exchange is, how to organise it, and helped to develop project ideas with international partners. During this activity I developed my personal and professional competences specifically described in relation to key-competences for lifelong learning. Project was co-funded through EU Erasmus+ programme.

As a results of my involvement in youth work mobility project I became more aware of the use of professional language in (international) youth work context. I also supported other participants helping them to follow the project content and activities.
