DOCUMENTATION & CRITICAL APPRAISAL of Vaidyarathnam Ayurveda Museum, Thaikkattussery, Thrissur, Kerala, India has been a graphical venture in terms of Traditional Architecture as a student Architect in 2018. The Museum showcases 7 structures, with a Mana identified to 300 years to date.
Every project is born out of its own set of circumstances. I understand conservation as the process of reinforcing the past. Thus I wanted to embrace the long told stories behind this historical building. Which made me choose a historical building Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Museum, Thaikkatussery for documentation. The building is one of the core center for portraying most valuable artifacts of Ayurveda which often attracts the public.
