INTRODUCTION For 25 years, Trimont has served the commercial real estate finance industry across the globe. Thanks to the confidence and trust of our valued clients we have been engaged in a wide variety of assignments on some of the most well recognized and iconic properties in the world. We felt that it was important to remember and share these unique experiences with our close friends, clients, and colleagues on this 25th anniversary. Trimont has been engaged by 250 clients on assignments related to $200 billion of client capital on properties valued at $435 billion. We have worked on deals in 56 countries and have experience in all property types and capital structures. Our wide range of services allows our clients to engage us as part of their team and to custom design programs for their specific needs. At Trimont, we strongly believe in the “One Team” approach and recognize that these assignments would not have become a reality without the loyal commitment and hard work of our valued employees. Trimont is recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients because our employees “think like an investor”, providing customized solutions for complex deals. We would also like to thank Jim Philips and John Hatfield who were the successful entrepreneurs that started our company, originally under the name of Hatfield Philips. Their vision, leadership, and confidence provided us the opportunity to make Trimont the company it is today. In addition, our many successful partnerships with law firms, property firms, brokerage firms, and other service providers have been integral to our success. We are excited about the future and look forward to the opportunity to serve our clients, employees, and trusted partners in the years ahead. John Charles Ernie Davis Greg Winchester November 2013

The Plaza Hotel is a landmark luxury hotel that occupies the west side of the Grand Army Plaza, from which it derives its name, and extends along Central Park South. • One of the early residents of The Plaza was a baby lion cub, smuggled in by a female gypsy who performed in a traveling show in Central Park. At that time, single rooms were $6.50 per night and guests often lived at The Plaza for months at a time. The baby lion cub became a familiar “pet” to the staff, as he regularly roamed the hallways. • The Beatles stayed at the Plaza Hotel during their first visit to the United States in February 1964. • Although the hotel had appeared briefly in earlier films, it made its major film debut in the 1959 Alfred Hitchcock film North by Northwest.

PARK AVENUE
GRAND CENTRAL STATION NEW YORK, NEW YORK
Grand Central Terminal, or Grand Central Station as it is more commonly known, is a commuter rail terminal station at 42nd Street and Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Built by and named for the New York Central Railroad in the heyday of American long-distance passenger rail travel, it is the largest train station in the world (measured by number of platforms - 44). Grand Central Station has been described as the world’s loveliest station. According to Travel + Leisure magazine, it is considered to be the world’s sixth most visited tourist attraction (bringing in approximately 21.6 million visitors annually). The current building was built in stages between 1903 and 1913 and was designed in the Beaux-Arts style. The bi-level, below-ground design was a novel scheme at the time of its construction and Grand Central Station was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976. In 2013, the building celebrated its 100th birthday.
