Navigating change
There’s good reason why old sayings survive to be ‘old’ and that’s because they tend to be true. One such utterance is “The only constant in life is change”.
If Heraclitus was still with us, he’d probably be a fan of the past few years due to them moving the goalposts on the entire planet no less - to the point where we’ve had to adjust some of our most basic, ingrained behaviours.
So, in the spirit of another old saying, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em” this issue of Plusliving looks at ways you can act, and things you can alter to better navigate your way through uncertainty and change.
We look at simple ways to improve your headspace, how to connect with your inner creativity, the art and craft of goal setting, breaking bad habits, the big financial mistakes older people make, easy ways to stay connected to friends and family online, and much more.
Enjoy.
