ALASTAIR COULSON ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR Alastair is a Chartered Member of RICS and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment and BSc (Hons) degree. He is responsible for the operational asset management of the group’s property portfolio. His primary focus is to establish, agree and manage medium term investment strategies, including individual asset management plans for each asset. He is also responsible for the property management function within the group and oversees on site management teams.
