ABOUT US Markerstudy Leisure is part of the award winning Markerstudy Group of companies, operating predominantly in the west Kent area of south east England. We have three very unique venues, offering a variety of event, conference and accommodation facilities. Working with our venues and Altitude Events we have created a unique bespoke activity package. Whether youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re looking for something for your team to get stuck into such as our outdoor laser challenge or want something fun for all the team to get involved in, our packages are designed with you in mind. ONE WARWICK PARK HOTEL Composed of thirty nine rooms and suites with a range of entertainment and meeting spaces. Guests can expect a personalised welcome, knowledgeable and well-presented staff and a range of event spaces for meetings, conferences and cocktail evenings. SALOMONS ESTATE The former country house built in 1860 has been converted into 11 event and conference rooms, including a unique Victorian theatre which seats up to 220 guests, 47 guest accommodation bedrooms, parking for over 200 cars and 36 acres of beautiful grounds. Salomons Estate is one of the largest conference and event venue in the area. BEWL WATER Bewl Water is the largest stretch of inland open water in the south east. The 800 acre site is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the heart of the high weald. This stunning reservoir provides the perfect backdrop for your corporate event, team building or day out.

ACCOMMODATION & DINING Our two sister hotels; One Warwick Park Hotel and Salomons Estate, offer unique accommodation and dining facilities. Situated on the edge of Tunbridge Wells, Salomons Estate is easily accessible and offers the benefit of free parking to all our guests. At Salomons Estate prices start from ÂŁ60.00 per night. One Warwick Park Hotel is a town centre, boutique style hotel located next to the famous Pantiles area and only a few minutes from Tunbridge Wells train station. Onsite restaurant, SEVENTEEN, uses only the freshest and most seasonal ingredients to satisfy your appetite whether you seek a light bite, glass of wine or delicious home cooked meal. ARCHERY

We find that Crossbow sessions often make a welcome change on Corporate Events from Archery which most people have tried at some time or another. Although Crossbows date back many thousands of years, most people have never actually used one before and revel at the chance to try something new. -£480+VAT for 1 instructor and target for up to 4 hours - £630+VAT for 2 instructors and targets for up to 4 hours N.B. The minimum age is 18yrs.

Archery is the sport of kings and although green tights are optional, our qualified GNAS archery leader(s) will enable your group to hit gold in no time and will ensure their complete safety at all times. Archery is the perfect activity to entertain guests of all ages and has the potential to become highly competitive. - £390+VAT for 1 instructor and target for up to 4 hours - £570+VAT for 2 instructors and targets for up to 4 hours N.B. The minimum age is 8yrs.

COMBAT ARCHERY

Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting utilises authentic but deactivated 12-bore shotguns that have been adapted with harmless laser equipment. Because no live ammunition is used the activity is completely safe, suitable for all (provided they are strong enough to hold the gun to their shoulder) and no previous experience is required. - £570+VAT with an instructor for a 5 gun system for up to 4 hours - £1140+VAT with 2 instructors for a 10 gun system for up to 4 hours N.B. There is no age restriction but participants must be 1.2m tall and be able to hold the gun on their own which is realistically teenagers and above.

Two teams of up to 10 a side face off across a purpose built field layout designed to not only test your aim but give your opponent an opportunity to take a shot at you! With 5 specially designed inflatables bunkers per team to hide behind, you need to eliminate your opposition whilst staying in the game or take out their 5 target cones placed in front of each bunker. - £570+VAT with an instructor for up to 4 hours N.B. It is an eye catching and impressive high tech unit designed specifically to test and improve reaction times, hand eye co-ordination and stamina. Participants must strike each of the eight LED targets as quickly as possible when they illuminate randomly, their score is then recorded on the LCD digital display. The Batak will come with a Top Gear style scoreboard included in the hire fee. - £420+VAT with an operator for up to 4 hours - £540+VAT with an operator for up to 6 hours with a break N.B. BATAK PRO REACTION TEST GAME This is one of the most exciting and addictive games available for corporate entertainment and promotional activities. Participants must strike each of the twelve LED targets as quickly as possible when they illuminate randomly, their score is then recorded on the LCD digital display. Played individually, in pairs or collectively as teams, the Batak Pro gets pulses racing and with 31 different game modes to choose from guests won’t tire of having turn after turn after turn. There are no age limits provided players can reach the top of the frame with the wand. GIANT OPERATION / SAW BONES This is a freestanding giant version of the popular children’s game Operation. Players have 60 seconds and 3 lives to remove all of the 10 organs and body parts from the patient’s body using the tweezers provided. More commonly known as laser quest, our Mobile Laser Tag works on the same principals but within a large darkened inflatable arena which is filled with swirling fog to add to the atmosphere of the game and ensure you can duck and dive the laser beams flashing across your path. With up to 10 players involved at a time, the game can be played on an individual or team basis. Each game lasts five minutes and points are scored by shooting an opponent’s gun and points are lost when your gun is shot. - £720+VAT with 2 operators for up to 6 hours with a break N.B. BEWL WATER GEOCACHING Participants will have to navigate their way to a series of waypoints using “Etrex” GPS equipment. Teams are tasked with completing the waypoints and challenges in a time limit and can score bonus points for arriving back at the base early. Geocache sessions will last approximately 2 hours which will include a 15 minute briefing and 15 minutes of logical warm up games. Teams will be gathered at the end of the challenge to reveal answers and the winners of the coveted Geocache trophy will be chosen! Potential outcomes from the activity are;  Enhances team cohesion where team members understand the need to  individually contribute to a team’s overall gain.  Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of team members.  Motivating staff to achieve a positive outcome. THE EXTRAS! EVENT MARQUEE Our unique, eye-catching star marquee is the perfect accompaniment to any type of outdoor event. With six elegant arches supported by a single centre-pole, the sheltered space it creates offers shade from the summer sun or protection from the inevitable inclement weather! The marquee can also provide the perfect space for catering or smaller activities, such as face painters or magicians. Measures 10m x 10m x 4.6m. - £100 + VAT when hired with other equipment N.B. Cannot be used for anything dirty or with an odour, i.e. cooking BBQs or as a smoking area.
