I became a manager in 1982 for Chesson Realty. I bought Chesson Realty, a boutique company of 25 agents, in 1985 at age 27. I have been managing and leading ever since.

I grew up in a sports family and with a father who was a professional athlete in Baseball and Basketball and a husband who played and coached at a Collegiate/ Division 1 level. Being an athlete myself and being surrounded by athletes and coaches has been a great foundation for encouraging, guiding, teaching others to achieve their own personal greatness. This has become my coaching philosophy. John Wooden is one of my inspiring coaches and I live by his definition of success: The peace of mind in knowing you did your best to become the best in which you are capable.

Some of their services include: Back Pack Buddies, annual Food Drive, Habitat of Humanity and help building a Habitat for Humanity house.
