I see a coach as one who sees who you currently are and where you want to be. A coach provides the cadence, accountability, and practice that enables the player to achieve the highest level of performance. They create a safe space to set goals, improve skills, and work to discover what has been holding the player back from achieving the goals they desire.

WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE AVAILABLE TO YOUR SALES ASSOCIATES?

The opportunities are abundant for our sales associates to attend either in person or virtually. We offer monthly virtual training sessions that vary from legal topics, database assistance, and marketing topics. We offer legal updates and forms training twice a month with our in-house legal council alongside in-office roundtables weekly for group discussion and weekly coaching sessions in a one-on-one environment. Our goal is to help our sales associates continue to grow their business with the robust systems we have in place.

The Pinehurst office is located in the heart of Pinehurst and have been a staple for many years. We are woven into community through live, work, and play. We serve through volunteerism with our annual food bank and backpack drives, along with Habitat for Humanity builds, cancer awareness fundraisers, and more! We enjoy a good day of work, friendly competiton, and shared and individual successes.
