The AS Level Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) provides you with the opportunity to focus on an area of interest without the constraints of working towards set topics. This gives you the scope to use your initiative and be creative in what you do, whether it be an artefact, an investigation, an event or an in-depth essay.

EXTENDED PROJECT QUALIFICATION

AS LEVEL • LEVEL 3 Through the Extended Project Qualification you will develop your skills as an independent learner in a subject of your choice. This allows you to develop skills that can range from research and project management to higher level analytical skills. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Five GCSEs at grade 9–4, including a grade 5 or above in English Literature and English Language. BTEC Level 2 qualifications considered in subject related courses. WHAT NEXT This course facilitates career progression in areas such as marketing, PR, events management, teaching and journalism as well as entry in to Higher Education.
