Hull is the most vulnerable city in the UK to coastal flooding and rising sea levels after London. The region’s growth is challenged by flood risk, restricted transport connectivity and a shortage of key development land. Lagoon Hull will tackle these issues head on, with an innovative scheme that’s been developed to future-proof the Humber by supporting existing plans and creating a plethora of new opportunities for the region.
