ABOUT LAGOON HULL Hull is the most vulnerable city in the UK to coastal flooding and rising sea levels after London. The region’s growth is challenged by flood risk, restricted transport connectivity and a shortage of key development land. Lagoon Hull will tackle these issues head on, with an innovative scheme that’s been developed to future-proof the Humber by supporting existing plans and creating a plethora of new opportunities for the region.
