The Marketing Department Jessica Manna Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Jessica directs all marketing strategy, including public relations, branding and creative services, online and offline lead generations, and digital / social media for the organization. Jessica is on LendingTree’s advisory council, LeadsCouncil, and the user advisory committee for Velocify. She is a frequent speaker at marketing and financial services conferences. She received an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University.

Company name policy Company name is PMAC for marketing purposes and PMAC Lending Services, Inc. for legal purposes. No other company name may be used; do not combine without express permission from legal and marketing.

Sub-brand policy In certain circumstances a sub-brand is permitted but requires marketing, legal, and division approval. Restrictions apply.

Website policy Every website must be company provided; use of private individual or branch websites or blogs is not permitted.
•
Email policy Every employee will be issued a company email address and must use this for business communications. No personal accounts can be used for business emails.

Can-spam policy Do not send unsolicited emails; only permitted to email with an actual “opt-in” permission, 90 days from inquiry, or within 18 months of loan closing. Use only the approved systems for marketing emails – Turning Point and Leads360.

Advertising policy All marketing and advertising, in any form, must be submitted to marketing for marketing and legal review. This includes websites, blogs, radio, print, email and more.

Printing policy Use an approved printing vendor of the company or contact marketing for permission to use your own vendor. Every effort should be made to use the company store for promotional items, printing and stationery.

Social media policy You are liable for anything you say online. Attend our legal department’s Social Media Training program for the DO’s and DON’Ts of using social media.

Federal “do not call” (DNC) policy Scrub all phone numbers against state and federal DNC lists and maintain a “do not call” list. Notify corporate of any customer who wants added to the DNC list.

Media relations policy •
Don’t speak with the media on behalf of the company. If you have a media opportunity, contact us to have an official company representative present during the interview.
