ABOUT THE CLUB The Brand Exchange Club has been created as a meeting place for senior professionals involved in the management of brands and reputation. If you are looking for stylish surroundings to do business, look no further! Brand Exchange is a recently renovated, grade II listed building with bags of character and cutting edge facilities. Located on Birchin Lane, just a stone’s throw from Bank Station, the club is in the City’s bustling alleyways south of The Royal Exchange, right in the heart of the business district. Brand Exchange also offers a flexible events and conference space, available to hire for a variety of functions from meetings and private screenings to forums, workshops and press launches.

GROUND FLOOR MEMBERS’ LOUNGE The Lounge is open to members Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 19:00. Celebrating the style and atmosphere of the London coffee houses which previously stood on Birchin Lane, the bar is an ideal meeting place for senior businesspeople wanting a glass of wine or beer with a bite to eat in a convivial atmosphere. The lounge is available for exclusive weekend hire to members in a variety of configurations. Tables in the Lounge are designed for meetings of up to 4 people. For larger meetings, another room can be booked. We would prefer it if you could avoid using mobile phones in the lounge area.


BRAND EXCHANGE HAS TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE TO HIRE FOR MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES OR FINE-DINING.

This stunning Edwardian event space with cornice ceilings, original panelling and a light, bright feel is self-contained and has excellent facilities for both daytime and evening events.

The Orangery has an intimate feel, with a large HD screen, high-speed broadband connections and audio-conferencing facilities. With Edwardian panelling and a feature skylight, this room is a spectacular setting for both daytime and evening functions.

Offering a flexible space that can be tailored in a number of ways to suit your requirements, the gallery can accommodate up to 50 guests theatre-style, 65 for a standing event and 40 for fine dining.

Seating up to 12, the room acts as a presentation suite, private dining room and a boardroom. It is the perfect setting for meetings, workshops, dining, webcasts, broadcasting, teleconferences and videoconferences.

A large HD screen, projector, high-speed broadband connections and audio-conferencing facilities are available upon request.

MEMBERS’ LOUNGE CATERING A bar menu is available for members, please note all bookings must be made in advance. Breakfast is served Monday - Friday, 08:00 until 09:30 A light lunch menu is served Monday - Friday, 12:00 until 14:00 An evening menu can be served Monday - Friday, 18:00 until 19:00

EVENT CATERING Our team can assist in designing menus to fit your requirements. Whether entertaining a client to a fine dining evening or hosting a conference, we will create the right experience for you and your guests. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Membership Cards

Membership cards, which can also be used to pay in the Lounge Bar, are used to access the club. They are non-transferable. Misuse of membership cards may result in membership being revoked. Lost membership cards will be replaced subject to an administration charge.

Guests Policy

Unless using a meeting room, members are entitled to bring up to 2 guests into Brand Exchange at any one time. All members’ rules will apply to guests, and guests’ conduct will be the sole responsibility of the member. Brand Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests at any time.

Club Conduct

Members should treat other fellow members and staff as they would wish to be treated!

Bills

All bills must be settled in full before leaving the club. Members are responsible for any outstanding bills incurred by their guests.

Dress Code

Members and their guests are requested to adhere to a business attire/ smart casual dress code.
