What we won for Skyscanner has achieved phenomenal growth but was experiencing tech recruitment challenges. They had to add tech appeal. Skyscanner and The Union built an employer brand to connect with hard-to-reach talent: Code Voyagers.
From Edinburgh to Sofia, the engineering community embraced it, contributing to a 325% YoY increase in successful hires.
