The Marketing Society, together with Brand Learning, has developed the International Marketing Leaders Programme (IMLP) - a unique development experience for high potential individuals preparing for senior marketing leadership roles. The IMLP has been inspiring marketing leaders in Europe for the past 14 years, and the past 3 years in Asia. Following a successful launch in North America in 2016, the program returns this fall with the aim of preparing senior marketers for the role of Marketing Director or leader of a substantial team. OUR MISSION To equip today’s emerging Marketing Leaders with the foresight, self-awareness, expertise and commitment to shape the next age in Marketing and to build a new generation of Customer-Centered Leaders. THE IMLP IS THE ONLY MARKETING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR EMERGING MARKETING LEADERS THAT • Is delivered by, and is based on, senior marketers’ real experiences, successes and failures in established and entrepreneurial organizations. • Follows a unique dual-focus curriculum that builds marketing leadership skills (the doing) and inspires new mindsets and behaviors (the being) through selfdiscovery. • Is based on the principles of CustomerCentered Leadership, the foundation of future-proofed Marketing.

SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS • The program is designed for experienced marketers identified as having the potential to fill senior marketing leadership positions within the next two years. • To ensure participants have compatible levels of experience and seniority, sponsorship from a leader within the business is required. • Applicants should currently be leading a small to medium sized marketing team. • Applicants should be able to point to at least one marketing case history that can demonstrate their ability to make a difference in the marketplace. PARTICIPANTS • With no more than 24 participants, the IMLP provides an open, intimate dialogue between participants and today’s most forward thinking marketers and business people. • Participants will leave the program better prepared to inspire, engage and enable people throughout an organization to foresee the changing times, create better experiences and better value for customers, and to groom the next generation of marketers.
