A year IN REVIEW 2017

As 2017 has come to a close, we look back on some of the best moments the year had to offer. It was a year filled with memories and great events. For Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty, 2017 was one filled with much excitement. The pinnacle of that excitement came at the grand opening of our third location in Bothell, Washington. President and co-owner Chad Shriner i s honored to be serving Bothell, and its surrounding King and Snohomish Counties “As a long-standing member of the Bothell community, I’m incredibly excited to launch our new Beardslee Boulevard location”.

Since its opening, the Bothell location has served as a great place to host events. The company and it’s associates have hosted numerous private and public events. From our MSIR Fantasy Football draft party, to sports viewing parties and this November we hosted our first annual Thanksgiving Texas Hold’em Event. The money generated from this event went to buying families in need Thanksgiving dinner. It was an overwhelming success and we can’t wait to host this event for many years to come. Along with the Bothell location, our Redmond and Woodinville offices have played a vital role in our calendar of events. Hosting the company Halloween Party and numerous MSIR associate’s networking groups, monthly clock hour classes, client appreciation

events and holiday parties. We even co-host the Frichette Wine Club as new wines are released and picked up. From the Bothell, Redmond and Woodinville offices, to the streets of Las Vegas for the Global Networking Event to the greens of the Willows Golf Course, Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty has had a full year of events. In 2018 we are preparing for even more that will allow our associates to network, build their businesses, support our communities and of course have fun.
