GRAND OPENING EVENT Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty is excited to announce its most recent addition to the family; a brand new office located in the bustling heart of Bothell. Equipped with a team of exceptional brokers, this new central site is the brokerage’s third office launch in just three years and showcases a state of the art space. Customers will be able to stop by for real estate advice seven days a week, while also enjoying the shops, restaurants and bars that the surrounding area has to offer. President and co-owner Chad Shriner is honored to be servicing Bothell, and its surrounding King and Snohomish Counties: “As a long-standing member of the Bothell community, I’m incredibly excited to launch our new Beardslee Boulevard location. Our company’s grown from just a handful of agents only three years ago, to almost one hundred. We’ve come a long way in a short space of time, and this is just the beginning.” In honor of its grand opening on June 15th, Marketplace SIR threw a standout launch party, welcoming new and existing clients, as well as esteemed members of the business community. Over two hundred and fifty guests attended throughout the evening, enjoying food and drinks provided by the neighboring establishments:

Sushi Chinoise, Triplehorn Brewery and Beardslee Public House. With the new office’s prominent glass front doors thrown open, passers-by and guests alike were drawn in by Seattle-based singer Brian James’ captivating vocals and guitar. The event exemplified a true partnership with surrounding businesses and service providers, including a bespoke collaboration with artist Grazia Fortuna Ward. Amongst the guests were senior corporate executives from Sotheby’s International Realty, Fran Santangelo and Cal Lyford, who helped inaugurate this momentous occasion and congratulated the team on its steady expansion. Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer, Aaron Shriner, personally oversaw the office construction and design: “It took well over a year to complete but I’m very proud of what we have achieved and that we now have a prominent presence in this growing city. The King and Snohomish County housing market has grown at an exponential rate, with average sale prices in Bothell increasing by almost 20% year-on-year last quarter. We felt it was pivotal for us to supply our community with targeted real estate expertise as well as the best-in-class services we are renowned for, provided by some of the most talented brokers in the field.” Stop by to see Marketplace SIR’s new Bothell location and meet the team; each office is uniquely designed and the new Bothell space has a distinct boutique feel, drawing its inspiration from the renowned CitizenM hotel in New York. Featuring multiple large screens showcasing the company’s beautiful listings, while also broadcasting major sporting events, it’s tailor-made to meet every customer’s needs. 19122 BEARDSLEE BOULEVARD, SUITE 204 | BOTHELL
