Recruitment
Montico handles all or parts of the recruitment process, from creating a requirement profile to employment and follow-up with the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We also offer temporary recruitment, where the customer first hires labor that then transitions into employment with the customer.
Staffing
With staffing from Montico, companies can adjust their workforce without having to hire or terminate a job themselves. The company becomes independent of economic fluctuations or other external circumstances and can instead devote itself to its core business.
Adult education
For private individuals, we run vocational schools for industrial education and other professional areas at upper secondary level/high school. We offer further education through the University of Applied Sciences (UAS). Montico also runs Swedish for Immigrants (SFI).
Business education & training
Montico has over 60 company training courses in industry and leadership, as well as validation and certification to ensure the quality of the workforce. We tailor the training to the needs of the company and its personnel
Matching
Every year, we coach hundreds of people to work through our matching service Prepare and Match, which we run on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. We offer a personal supervisor who, together with the participant, works purposefully to map competence and skills.

We take full employer responsibility for our temporary agency staff. This frees up time for you to devote to your company’s core business. The consultant is employed by us and we pay salary, social security contributions and cover other costs such as leave, vacation and illness. All our consultants are covered by collective agreements.

Company-adapted courses mean that we tailor a courses for the customer organization based on existing needs. We often perform the courses on site at the customer company location, which makes the training both costeffective and easily accessible.
If only one or a few employees in the organization need development or training in a particular subject, you may choose an open public course. We have a number of public courses available starting on fixed dates. Individuals, not associated with any company, are also welcome to attend our public courses to further enhance their education or skills.
Validation
To be able to guarrantee a level of competence, we have the possibility to validate the skills of our consultants before an assignment. We also validate employees at companies as part of mapping business skills and private individuals to ensure their level of competence before a new employment. Together with our technicians, we conduct practical tests to map, assess and document the knowledge and skills of each individual.
Montico is an accredited test center with experienced and qualified test leaders through the Swedish Industry Validation (Svensk industrivalidering). Our validations are carried out according to the Svensk industrivalidering, both as general industry validations and industry-specific validations.

Education for Adults

Our offer of education programs to private individuals includes labour market training, adult education, university of applied sciences education and Swedish for Immigrants (SFI). At Montico you can study complete vocational training and independent, single courses.
Adapted to labour market needs
In the industry labour market of today there is a major shortage of competence. This means that many companies have difficulty finding staff for specific positions. Our vocational education programmes are designed to fit needs of the labour market and to provide students with skills demanded by the Swedish labour market. We conduct training in welding, CNC, and electricity and energy, but also in areas such as health and social care, real estate and plumbing and more.
Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) at Montico
In addition to our vocational education, we have programs in SFI - Swedish as a second language - at our school in Växjö.
It is also possible to combine studies in SFI with one of our vocational educations. This means that you may attend SFI at the same time as you study at our industrial education.
Authorized training company
Montico is a company authorized to deliver adult education. We are certified according to the strict requirements of Almega Utbildningsföretagen*. The authorization guarantees quality and ethics in our adult education, which is a security for everyone who is going to study adult education at Montico.

Equip and Match 2
- we match employers and employees
Equip and Match 2 is a service that we run on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service, in which we coach hundreds of people to employment or studies that lead to employment every year. Our goal is to bring out the uniqueness of each individual and present it to potential employers.
Equip and Match for employers
We meet on a daily basis new participants with skills in a variety of professional areas. The most common skills include industrial work, warehouse/logistics work, cleaning, healthcare- and school staffing, retail/trade, service and restaurant staff etc.
We coach each individual in order for them to obtain the right conditions for employment.
In order to shape and teach the participant, normally we start with an internship period at which the company and the participant get an opportunity to know each other better.
We coach each individual directly into your business
It is time-consuming to find employees and, if resources are scarse, it can be difficult to keep up. We collaborate with many companies where we regularly present candidates from Equip and Match 2 and coach them into their business. This saves both time and resources when needs for employees arise.

Montico is a family business founded in Tranås in 1996 by entrepreneur Börje Johansson, back then with his own subcontract industry manufacturing and staffing services in Tranås and the surrounding area. In order to be able to offer a complete solution, Montico started its educational business in 2005, aiming at companies and individuals alike. In 2009, Montico started offering matching services, which today are a prerequisite for being a complete company in the industry.
The name Montico comes from the original business: Assembly (Montering), Industry, Consulting.
Montico is located in more than 20 locations from Skåne in the south to Värmland in the north. The head office is located in Tranås.
