The PHIVOLCS is mandated to provide information on the activities of volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis, as well as other specialized information and services primarily for the protection of life and property and in support of economic, productivity, and sustainable development. From that the concept of the building is inspired to its field of study that can make a new face of the New PHIVOLCS Complex.

The New PHIVOLCS Complex located on New Clark City with a total lot area of 5 hectares the whole development is composed of 5 buildings such as Main building, Accommodation bldg., Exhibit and Auditorium bldg. and a Parking bldg.

strategy
One of the major consideration of the project proposal is to stabilize the whole development in case / times of disaster and when phenomena occurs, so the whole main building and supporting structures are using U-Shaped Steel Damper for Seismic Isolation System Its material is used in such a unique way that it is actively plasticized to absorb seismic energy through plastic hysteresis, like in unbonded braces for building frames, to minimize seismic damage of buildings.

TWO STOREY RESIDENCE AUTODESK REVIT + LUMION 8 Autodesk Revit Architecture 2018 covers thirty five 35 Hours of actual classes that studies basic commands, creating families, animation, work-sharing, the target accomplishment was to come up with a design proposal of a residential house with a total lot area of 384 square meter.

TOWNHOUSE BEACHSIDE AUTODESK REVIT + LUMION 8 One of the last project that assigned from previous work (CREBI), a modern beachfront rest-house with mirror floor plan having one parking slot, two (2) bedroom, a toilet and bath, a kitchen, and common living, dining area. With a total lot area of 87 square meters.
