Despite his academic success in law, including passing two bar exams, he quickly realized his true passion lay outside the legal field. This pivotal realization led Mark into financial services, where he began his career at Morgan Stanley. As a financial consultant, he excelled rapidly, leveraging his exceptional analytical skills and personable approach to climb the ranks. He distinguished himself significantly, achieving the remarkable feat of finishing second in a cohort of 135 trainees and earning several prestigious awards. Mark's career continued to evolve as he discovered a deep-seated passion for mentoring and leadership development within the financial sector.
