Mark Siefring MD

Mark Siefring, MD, began his illustrious medical career by earning a Master's Degree in Molecular Virology and a Medical Doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1995. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Then, he expanded his educational horizons across Europe, acquiring a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University and a Diploma in Dermoscopy from Graz University. His passion for dermatology led him to the University of Queensland in Australia, where he earned a Master's Degree in Skin Cancer. He currently practices at Asante Physician Partners in Medford, Oregon, specializing in dermatologic conditions and surgical procedures, mainly focusing on skin cancer. His expertise extends into research, particularly in Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, highlighting his broad academic capabilities. His extensive international experience includes studying Acupuncture in Hangzhou, China, and serving as Medical Director at ColumbiaAsia International Hospital in Vietnam. He co-founded the Stamford Skin Centre in Ho Chi Minh City with Dr. Tom Cuong Nguyen, establishing it as a renowned dermatological clinic. His commitment to philanthropy is demonstrated through his support of the Saigon Children's Charity and medical education funding for underprivileged students in Vietnam. He also participates in medical missions with the Ho Chi Minh City Family Medical Practice and World Health Ambassadors.
