INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior Architecture Master Program
Design is more than making a room or place esthetically looking pretty. It creating and designing an environment where people will feel and perceive different reactions, emotions, and feelings.
Going from this, I always wanted to help people’s emotions. Making them feel better and helping them. For me, the way that I can help them is by designing the spaces for their needs, making them plenty when they are around. That is why I chose design as a major; to help others and to express myself as a designer.
BACKGROUND My Family and Friends are my biggest treasure on earth. With Dominican Parents and growing up in Moca, Dominican Republic. I speak fluent Spanish and English. I have lived in the Dominican Republic, New York, and Miami. I am currently living in West Kendall, Miami. Design is a way to express myself and in the same way, help people.

HOBBY I can say that my hobby is cooking; baking goodies to be specific. After a time making this a hobby and by many inquires, it became a business. Making this cake is an expression of creativity, crafting, and design cakes. Also, it like therapy and so much creativity coming along. Let’s say edible design!
COLOR My favorite color has been blue since I was very little. I think this passion for this color comes from the love that I have for beaches and their infinite shades of blue. I try to take into considerations others color for the selection of my rendering. However, sometimes isn’t that easy but I try. Nevertheless blue is my color I have been using a lot of tones of grays and some white on my belonging accent, but accent them with some color depending on the time and period I am into, could be blue, blush, or light pink.

CONCLUSION
Color is around every little corner that we see, altering our mood as human being. Color can affect our way to think and our health. During this semester I have learn how to use properly the color and how to have a contrast and harmony when designing and space. Taking into consideration, how color affect and react on human we as designer need to have in present . How to obtain better choices when designing a retail to embellish the merchandise and attract customer. Before this course I was terrified on how to use color on my design, because I didn’t felt that I wasn’t implementing it well but know I fell more comfortable know on pushing self forward.
