How to make it:
1.5 oz Blue Curaçao Mixed with simple syrup
First, place a wet glass in the freezer. We’ll get back to her shortly.
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice mixed with Lemon juice
Then, mix the ingredients in equal parts until we have 1.5 ounces of each colored mixtures (Blue Curacao with syrup; pineapple and lemon juices; pineapple juice with Guaro Cacique; and Grenadine with Sake.
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice Mixed with Guaro Cacique 1.5 oz Grenadine Mixed with Sake Crushed Ice Strawberry & Peppermint
Take the cold glass out of the freezer and add crushed ice. Starting with the Blue Curacao mixture, pour in 1.5 oz into the glass. Then add pineapple juice with Guaro Cacique, followed by pineapple and lemon juice. At last, pour into the grenadine and sake. Top the cocktail with a touch of simple syrup to taste. Garnish with strawberry and Peppermint. Taste the rainbow!

PONCHE MIXTECO HOTEL: W MEXICO CITY COUNTRY: MEXICO | COLOR: PINK
Ingredients: 4 oz Mezcal joven
2 oz Aperol 2 oz passion fruit pomace 1.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz agave nectar 4 oz watermelon 1 orange slices
How to make it: Place all of the ingredients inside a jar (Mezcal, Aperol, passion fruit pomace, lemon juice, pineapple juice, agave nectar).
Add 4 grams of watermelon, cut into small cubes. Lightly smash the watermelon pieces inside of the jar using a spoon.
1 pinch of sal de gusano or dry chile powder
Pour ice into the jar and mix lightly.
1 handful of thyme, laurel and Rosemary
Tranfer the fresh pink mixture into a new glass. Pour the frappe ice on top.
Ice and frappe ice
Place thyme, rosemary and laurel in the glass as a garnish, along with two orange slices sprinkled with sal de gusano. ยกSalud!

½ oz Lemon juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or cocktail mixer.
1 oz Fresh strawberry syrup ½ oz Banana Giffard 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
Shake. Shake, shake, shake, shake your booty. Strain and pour into a fresh decorative glass.
1 Egg white
Serve with a flower of your choice on top.
Any Flower as garnish

2 oz white rum 1.5 oz coconut liquor
Mix the white rum, coconut liquor, and the strawberry puree in a clean glass.
2 oz strawberry puree
Mix it and fix it until it’s a ruby red color.
Half glass of grapefruit juice
Add ice cubes and grapefruit juice into the glass. Gently mix with a spoon to not miss any drops!
Ice Mint
Serve and garnish with mint.
Toast to a friend!

1.5 oz Grey Goose Vodka
Fill ¾ of the glass with ice.
1 oz Grand Marnier
Pour ingredients, in the order mentioned, into the glass.
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Finished with 4 drops of grenadine.
2 oz Club Soda
Stir lightly.
1 oz Prosecco
Garnish with a slice of orange peel and a pineapple leaf.
4 drops of grenadine
Sit back and enjoy the bubbles!

1.5 oz Gin Beefeater
Add the spicy infusion, lemon juice, and mint to a Boston shaker. Mix all of the ingredients.
½ oz spicy infusion* ž oz lemon juice
2 oz pineapple juice 4 mint leaves
Add the pineapple juice and the Gin.

Shake it like a polaroid picture for 15 seconds!

GREEN LIME CAIPIRINHA HOTEL: JW MARRIOTT RIO COUNTRY: BRAZIL | COLOR: GREEN

1 – 2 oz Cachaça 2 Limes
Cut the limes in half. With a knife, cut a "V" into the lime to remove the center part from each half.
3 teaspoons Coarse sugar
Slice each lime half into 8 piece.
Ice cubes
Put those pieces in a wide glass. Add coarse sugar.

Smash that like button—we mean lime pieces right in the glass with a "mashing stick". Leave the lime juice, sugar mixture in the glass.
Add crushed ice and pour cachaça over the ice. Serve with a short straw. Close your eyes and imagine you’re on the beach in Ipanema. Now make a second one!

2 oz Gin
Mix half of the mint leaves with sugar syrup in a clean glass. Pour in the Gin and lemon juice.
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz sugar syrup 7 mint leaves
1 cucumber ribbon
Add ice and shake it all over town!
Strain the mixed contents in a tall glass and decorate with a cucumber ribbon. Add left over mint leaves as a garnish. Savor the feeling of refreshment!

Mix all the ingredients together, shake and double strain into a beer glass.
½ oz Blue Curaçao
¾ oz lemon juice ¾ oz Citric syrup
To be extra fancy, add a sugar crust to the middle of the rim of the glass. Flavor with a lemon peel. Repeat!

2 oz white tequila
Frost the glass with salt by squeezing a little lemon juice on a plate and putting another plate next to it with a handful of salt. Dip the rim of the glass in the lemon juice and then run it through the salt until the rim is covered.
1 oz Blue Curacao
½ oz of lemon juice Ice
1 teaspoon salt 1 sprig of rosemary
Fill the mixing glass or cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add the tequila first, then the Blue Curaçao and lemon juice. Close the shaker or mixing glass and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Serve, without ice, and garnish with rosemary. Marriott International, Inc.

1.5 oz Pisco El Gobernador
Chill a tall glass using big cubes of ice.
½ oz Blue Curacao
Pour the pisco first, then the Blue Curacao, filtered lemon juice, and finish with the butterfly pea tea syrup.
¾ oz Clarified lemon juice
½ oz Butterfly Pea Tea Syrup Sparkling Water
Mix them gently with a bar spoon. Fill the remainder of the glass to the top with premium tonic water. Serve with ice and no garnish. It’ll taste pea-licious!

BLUEBERRY COLLINS HOTEL: SHERATON BUENOS AIRES COUNTRY: ARGENTINA | COLOR: PURPLE
Ingredients: 200 g blueberries and fresh blackberries
200 g sugar 4 oz gin
10 oz fresh lemon juice 15 oz sparkling water Lemon wedges (to serve)

How to make it: In a medium saucepan, bring blueberries, sugar and half a cup of water to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until berries are soft and smooth, stirring occasionally.
Let the blueberry mixture cool down before straining through a sieve into a large jug, making sure to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Discard leftovers. Combine the gin, blueberry mixture, and lemon juice in a glass. Fill the glass to the top with ice and stir for a few minutes to really mix the flavors. Now, strain that mixture into a fresh cup filled with ice. Top with lemon wedges and fresh blueberries.

Combine all of the ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, except the lemon juice. Shake for 10 seconds.
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz Syrup of butterfly pea flowers* Sparkling water *Make your own with 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Reduce by simmer, add 4 cups of fresh butterfly pea flowers and simmer for 5 minutes. Marriott International, Inc.
Strain liquid into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the sparkling water and a fresh bougainvillea flower. Slowly pour in the lemon juice and marvel as this cocktail changes color from purple to light pink!
