About Impact...
Impact is an exhibition stand solution developed to give you the opportunity to make the most of your space while remaining on budget.
What is Impact?
It is essentially a lightweight, aluminium frame system which can be constructed to any size or shape. The metallic surface allows graphics to be applied with magnets to the surface, creating a seamless graphic solution. The versatility affords us the ability to create any sized stand in any orientation using stock sized sections. This means the bespoke element for each stand is kept to a minimum as most of the stand is installed using our Impact hire stock.

About the graphics
We print the graphics to a lightweight rigid media using our state of the art Oce 350GT flat bed printer. These then applies direct to the Impact system with magnetic tape - similar to a pop-up, but unlike traditional pop-up systems, the rigid material creates a solid wall with a seamless graphic finish.

The solution was developed in order to fill the gap between shell scheme exhibiting and costly bespoke stands, or as an alternative to lower cost bespoke options. Impact allows you to maintain a strong corporate identity and affluent appearance without breaking the bank.

Unlike other solutions available, we don’t just put your artwork on an existing design, but think carefully about how Impact would work best for you to exhibit. Our design team will be able to show you how we can make the most of your space while maintaining identity and function. We can then develop the design with your feedback to ensure you receive not just our suggestions, but the stand that’s right for you.

What are the costs?
Where are the savings?
Graphics make up the majority of cost associated with your stand. We charge a square metre price for the printing and production of your graphic panels. Savings can be made in this area by re-using graphics on future stands. Ask at the time of design to see about taking full advantage of your graphics from show to show.
No shell scheme is required as we can erect in space only. This can save thousands by booking space only with the organiser instead of paying for the shell scheme.
Flooring will need to be applied to the exhibition floor, especially if you book space only. We can offer either a raised platform or a floor covering laid direct to the floor.
Utilising our Impact system offers great value as it is not only a lower cost solution, but also a money saving one.
Reinstallation of your stand in future shows introduces a huge opportunity to keep costs down and save your marketing budget. If you utilise the same stand in the future, you can use your existing graphics and simply rent the system at a low fee. We can adapt your graphic panels to fit within alternative stand sizes and orientations, just ask at the point of design. Labour costs are kept to a minimum as the impact system is so light and easy to install reducing transport costs and labour time, savings we can pass on to you. A Turn key solution - your stand will be ready and waiting on the first day of the show, eliminating the need for you to get there early and incurring costs for hotels as well as transport.
Along with your design, we provide a detailed breakdown of our costs. By exposing our costs, you can see exactly where your money is going. So what can you expect?
Electrical equipment required on your stand will be subject to rental charges. These are detailed in your costs. Transport costs are detailed on your quote. These evidently vary as to the location of the exhibition and covers our vehicle and fuel costs. Installation and labour costs are exposed based on the amount of staff and time required to install your stand. Miscellaneous items will also be included and outlined, covering any bespoke work, furniture rental, manufacturing or other items which are to be included. Once the design and costs are supplied to you, a member of our sales team will be happy to go through them with you to ensure you understand them fully and answer any questions.

We are so confident that you will be impressed with our impact stand solution, we offer the rental of the system completely free of charge for your first show. The system is then rented out at a nominal fee for any future shows.

We provide your initial design and cost free of charge with no obligation. A member of our sales team will be happy to guide you through the process. All we will need to know is the size and orientation of your stand along with a short brief. Ideally, we would like the floor plan and stand number for upcoming show to ensure the design and costs are accurate.

Once your brief is sent over, our design team will aim to get you a visual representation of our proposal within 48 hours. We will then ask you for any feedback or comments, and amend the design and costs accordingly, until you are 100% satisfied with the job. When the design is finalised and agreed, we will get all paperwork across and begin the production process. This also includes the creation and submission of all relevant health and safety/risk assessment documentation required from the organisers. Once all the final plans have been drawn up to determine all final construction, we will work together in order to get all the artwork correct and into print. Our design team are on hand to offer either a full design service, or design support if you wish to supply the artwork yourselves or from an agency. Our project management team will be in touch throughout the process to help organise everything from electrics down to a convenient time to hand over on site. Once constructed, we will be here to help and offer support throughout the duration of the show to ensure you have the best experience possible.
