THE M−OC WINDOWS HAVE BETTER VALUES THAN THE DOUBLE−SEALING SYSTEMS OF THE MAJORITY OF THE MANUFACTURERS, IN THE AREA OF BOTH HEAT AND SOUND INSULATION. Our M−OC product is one of the most popular products on the market, the door−window case and the sash are made using German Gealan profiles. After building in the new window you will feel better climate in your home, and thereby quietness – thanks to the better sound insulation. THE M−AC DOORS/WINDOWS HAVE BETTER HEAT AND SOUND INSULATION VALUES THAN THE DOUBLE SEALING SYSTEM OF THE MAJORITY OF THE MANUFACTURERS. Classic profile colours The speciality of the classic colours category is that the wood drawing is also visible. This way these doors/windows are completely similar to the wooden doors/windows. The various colour versions can be applied universally in the private and industrial or institutional architecture, too.

Modern profile colours Thanks to the modest and fashionable grey colour shades these can be combined with the noble pearl structure and these give fine emphasis to the architecture of the building. This design solution provides a unique characteristic to the building.

Acryl layer on the profile The colour acryl layer is twice as hard as the white uPVC surface of the win− dows. It is striking with its high scratch resistance and is significantly more resistant to weather. The silky, smooth, pore−free surface is resistant to dust and contamination sediments. The acryl layer does not peel off the sur− face, does not crack. The acryl surface is scratch resistant, keeps the colour, and is resistant to weather adversities.

In West Europe the so−called RAL installation has been used for long, the main idea thereof is that the gap between the window and the wall is insulated in airtight manner. This method is an excellent solution from the perspective of heat insulation and vapour containment, the three components thereof – vapour containing foil, vapour letting foil and the sealing tape (or the PUR foam) – ensure the highest− standard window installation possible.

uPVC Shutters SHUTTERS REPRESENT THE TRADITIONAL AND PRETENTIOUS SOLUTION OF SHADING TECH− NIQUE. THE REAL BENEFIT IS THAT IT PRO− TECTS YOU FROM HEAT, STRONG SUNSHINE, AND KEEPS THE UNPLEASANT EFFECTS OF WIND AND RAIN OUT OF REACH. Whether it is about construction or renovation, shutters improve the appearance of the property and make everyday life more comfortable. Shutters enhance the security of the property as these are shock−resistant, and increase the safety thanks to the aluminium lamellae and strong fixing. These are UV resistant, colours last for long. Besides all these can be easily maintained and cleaned.

Shutters can be chosen with fix or movable lamellae. The fix blades assure constant ventilation. In the other case due to the movable laths the level of ventilation can be adjusted. So on hot summer days the pleasant climate and proper ventilation can be achieved simultane− ously.

Sound proofing in glazing WHEN SLEEPING THE EARS ARE THE MOST ACTIVE SENS− ING ORGANS. RESEARCHES PROVED THAT IN ORDER TO HAVE A TRANQUIL SLEEP THE MAXIMUM NOISE LEVEL CAN BE 25 DB AT THE MOST. IN URBAN AREAS THE GENERAL NOISE LEVEL MAY REACH 70 DB, AND MAR− SHALL WINDOWS – FURNISHED WITH SPECIAL SOUND− PROOF GLAZING – CAN ESTABLISH THE CONDITIONS FOR THE TRANQUIL REST (EVEN UP TO 45 DB), EVEN IN THE DIRECT PROXIMITY OF A BUSY ROAD OR AIRPORT.

The basic versions of the windows feature a sound−proof level of 32 dB (with double or triple glazing) which ensure proper sound protection under normal circumstances.

Extreme sound insulation THE NOISE−FREE ENVIRONMENT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO HAVE A CALM REST. THIS REQUIREMENT CAN BE MET EVEN IN URBAN CIRCUM− STANCES, THANKS TO THE SPECIAL SOUND−PROOFING GLAZING. A HIGH NOISE REDUCTION CAN BE ACHIEVED (EVEN 45 DB). If you live or work by a road with heavy traffic or close to an airport, then choose the special glazing provided with sound−proofing foil (applying glue between the glass panes). The below table shows the sound−proofing values of special glazing.

EVERYBODY HAS ENCOUNTERED CONDENSATION ON THE GLAZING OF THE WINDOW OR BALCONY DOOR. IT IS NOT PLEASANT WHEN THE WATER COL− LECTED ON THE GLASS IS FLOWING DOWN ONTO THE WALL, WALLPAPER OR THE FLOOR. IT IS QUESTIONABLE WHETHER THIS ANNOYING PHENOMENON CAN BE AVOIDED AT ALL. Condensation characteristically occurs where the interior warmth finds the easiest way to get out (the colder it is outside, the more intense the heat flow outwards is, similarly to condensing). The aluminium spacer between the glass panes is one of the weakest points from the perspective of heat−insulation, this is where it is rather likely to meet condensation (at dew point temperature, at 9,3 °C). In order to avoid it we recommend the warm noble steel spacer (Chromatech), and the condensation on the window can significantly be reduced .

Heat protection in glazing During summer the property facing south can warm up unbearably but the innovative heat−insulating layer is an efficient solution to this problem. ClimaGuard Solar coated windows have a special coating that reflects 58% of the sun−energy. Thus less than the half of the sun−heat can get into the flat. Climate will be more pleasant in summer, and the air condition consumes less energy.

Safety glazing BALCONY DOORS WITHOUT SASH−SEPARATION CAN BE PRO− DUCED, THUS T A COMPLETE VIEW CAN BE ENJOYED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE GLASS SURFACE. Protection against burglary Doors/windows can be ordered with varied level of protection. When selecting the main point is: what valuables are to be protected? The higher the burglary risk is, the higher level of protection is advisable. There is a European standard which helps in identifying the protection level, and the relevant levels for uPVC windows range from RC1 to RC3.

MARSHALL can carry out the manufacturing of windows even for the disabled. The handle of such windows is placed on the lower area of the window – paying attention to the situation of the people sitting in wheelchairs. If the handle is in the usual position then they are faced with serious difficulties. The tilt− ing function does not require to close the sash back into the case because the handle is operated forcibly, meaning that it pulls in the tilt position by itself. The special window can be requested in turn− tilt version only.
