We kept buying simple
We educated our customers..

Then we realized a powerful lesson
We were marketing our products to the wrong people- people who would most likely never visit our website or buy our products. They were the die hard consumers who would only buy from a name brand brick and mortar store or a product sight unseen from As Seen On TV. The health benefits of organic skin care products was wasted on them.
So we regrouped‌
And we found a new customer base Members of academia New parents Friends of the environment People who appreciate the health value of organics Diabetic patients Elderly caregivers Eczema sufferers
