Martha Jean Browning Stamper

Married to Dr. James (Jim) Stamper for 46 years. Sons, Todd, policeman, Eric, optometrist, & Matthew ,tax accountant for Gaylord & alderman, Retired Realtor. &F ormer elem & middle school music teacher in Knoxville. Graduated from Elizabethton High School in 1961. Wrote the Alma Mater for my hi school which is still sung today. Was a majorette in the band and played flute. Graduted with BS in Music and Elem Ed. My Favorite place to vacation is Blowing Rock, NC on Blue Ridge Parkway & the NC & SC Atlantic coast. Huge Fan of "Somewhere in Time" and have spent a weekend where it was filmed at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. Our neatest trip was to Lake Louise and Banff during winter in Canada. Walked the Lake from one end to the other as it was frozen, a horse drawn sleigh ride in the snow, and dog sleding. We like the Atlantic ocean for its pounding surf and wildness.
