art is a thing of the future
As part of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Peacock, the printmaking workshop based in Aberdeen, we’ve co-commissioned a new piece of animated work for the Music Hall by Glasgow and Copenhagen-based artist, printmaker and publisher David Bellingham.
Bellingham’s work is poetic and concise. He uses a diverse range of media, from painting and sculptural installation to books, postcards and other printed material, to explore the relationships between objects, words and contexts, often inverting our preconceptions about them. instagram.com/davidbellingham
