










Julie Fay Newton was born in Okeechobee, Florida on March 28, 1974, bringing joy and color to the lives of everyone who knew her. She was known for her vibrant personality, which she expressed through her ever-changing hair color –from pink to turquoise, blonde to red, reflecting her free spirit and zest for life.
Though she never had children of her own, Julie embraced the role of a beloved aunt, babysitting many of her nieces and nephews and forming special bonds with each of them. Her nurturing nature and ability to connect with young people made her a trusted confidante and cherished family member Julie had a passion for romantic novels and anime shows, finding comfort and joy in stories of love and adventure.
Throughout her career, she worked in various roles including parking attendant, retail and restaurant positions, where her colorful personality and warm demeanor left lasting impressions on colleagues and customers alike.
She is survived by her loving mother, Rosetta Hightire; stepfather, Raymond Briscoe; siblings, Pamela Powell, Patricia Newton-Powell, Paula Newton-Yarn(Anthony), Tony Newton, Douglas Newton and Samuel Hightire; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly
