FIRST WORDS Hello Michal! I decided to prepare this cover letter for position Local Marketing Responsible in Brno (but magazine sounds better!). Why did I do it? It´s chance to be different. One of IKEA values is: DARING TO BE DIFFERENT!

IKEA VALUES The most important moments (even b-day and family events) was membership in organization AIESEC and change my university after first year. But, how it´s connected with IKEA values? Simply. Both are based on the same or very similar values. AIESEC is based on teamwork. I was working on several project with team. Further leads young people to leadership a fulfilling their potential. As an AIESECer you have to know cut costs and increase profit. I´m studying at NEWTON College and moreover I´m part of marketing team. As a student I take responsibility for several project. At our school we are constantly on the way. We are explorers on the university field. I think, that I share IKEA values in my life.

PERFECT ORGANIZATION SKILLS - co-organizing Global Village event in EUROVEA Galleria (10000 attendances per sunday) - IT conference (100 people) - gala night (150 people) - 4-weeks summer camp for high-school students (100 people)
