LIFE ON BOARD Dear guests,

in order to provide more pleasant and safer stay aboard hereby we inform you of some general rules and responsibilites: • Aiming to ensure all preparations are made on time, for charters including “all inclusive” package 15 days notice for dietary requirements and prefered rute plans is required.

• To reserve berthing space and to save time for visiting and enjoying Adriatic coast as much as possible, inform the captain about next prefered destination at least 24 hours in advance.

• Please do not smoke indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside the decks.

• To protect the interior flooring of the yacht, shoes may not be worn inside. High heels cannot be worn anywhere on the yacht as they damage the flooring. Please use “boat slippers”.

• To guarantee yours and other peoples security, our captain is obligated to respect the legal speed limit of 15 mph at 300 m from the coast (this applies also to the jet ski and jet dingy). Particular care should be taken near beaches and populated areas.

• Dinghy is used as the yacht’s tender and may be driven only by the captain.

• Adriatic sea is very attractive diving area full of caves, amazing rocks and lot’s of unique seabed phenomena, but if you do not hold a valid diving licence, when diving you must be accompanied by a certified diving instructor. There are many professional diving centers on the Adriatic coast, so ask your crew to recommend you the nearest one.

• If you plan to fish you need to have a fishing license. There are several places for purchasing fishing licence in Croatia so do not hesitate to ask your crew about it.

• During adverse weather conditions please accept captain’s suggestions regarding your personal security and the security of the yacht. Because of his long lasting experience, the captain of the yacht will, at all times, have the final decision where the yacht and the guests will be safeguarded from adverse weather conditions on the sea.

• Please note that due to insurance restrictions, the yacht cannot be driven at night.

• Please notify the captain immediately if you notice any problems with the yacht or its equipment.

• Unless all inclusive package is ordered, the food for crew is not included in the charter price. Three meals a day (one warm) is to be organised either through yacht’s cantine or by day fee of 50 euros.

• Unless all inclusive package is ordered, the fuel is not included in the charter price. The yacht will be full on check-in in Šibenik and has to be full on check-out.
