Mara Ruzza lives and works in Padua. Visual artist since 1986, with Master of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, he meets ceramics as a self-taught in 2006. Through experimentation he deepens the techniques on different clays, on decoration with enamels and with fire, finding in the porcelain a peculiar expressive technical modality that uses organic materials and that characterizes the most recent artistic path. By attending the production workshops and those of the artists of Nove-Bassano his artistic career is enriched by exchanges on the manufacturing processes. Since 2010 she has combined artistic research with the promotion and organization of events and exhibitions of contemporary ceramic sculpture at prestigious locations in Padua, such as the Cathedral ex Macello, the Bastion Alicorno, the Sala della Gran Guardia, the Ex Scuderie of Palazzo Moroni; in Marostica (Vicenza) Lower Castle and Faenza Piazza del Popolo.
