This building is the Design Delvelopment Institutional and Worship place comprising of three floor and one basement in 4,500 sqm. The proposed design contains male and female prayer halls as well as communal eating facility on first floor and Sunday school facility contains of 15 classrooms and clergy offices on the second floor and also the priest residence on the third floor. Architectural concepts reflects the Islamic architecture. Elevation features including geometry elements and decorative moldeings are inspired from Islamic mosques which represent the building identity and characters.

This luxury vacation home is located in Muskoka, Ontario with 7,500 sq.f. area. Patrick Dovigi, the owner, has create this spectacular lavish vacation home which is located in 3½-acre private island in Muskoka region. The enclave of high-end vacation homes is clustered around the “big three” lakes of Lake Muskoka, Lake Joseph and Lake Rosseau, set among granite cliffs and towering pines about a two-hour drive from Toronto.

Book Garden is a part of a very extensive complex in north east of Tehran including cultural, commercial and art centers. Book Garden aimed to provide space for all groups of people to have a proper access to information via reference books, magazins,... in capital city of iran, Tehran. The building comprises the permanent indoor fair and the temporary outdoor activities, attempts to make closer the relationship between users and nature by creating the roof garden and a pathway through the building in order to connect the west and east side to next centers (national war museum and national library). The buildig is designed in one main floor and one mezzanine with 60,000 sqm
contains 16 show halls, seminar rooms and study areas. The landscape is in 51,400 sqm including east hills, green roof west platforms, pools and green areas. Book garden can host upto 30,000 people in regular time and upto 300,000 during the show time by adding the proper temprory facilities.

Structure modular system
This park aimed to provide spaces for new graduates of univresities who have new concept and need supports to develope and bring it to the market. Preliminary studies had an important role to create the concept of design. The architecture team came up with the concept of design by inquiries a wide variety of similar samples all round the world. These studying showed the most optimized design is having a modular system to cover all design requirements. Another item affected on concept of design was recognizing the role and situation of site in surrounding urban context. Respected to this studing the architecture team decided to design a midrise building which raises from the site and through a rotation penetrates to the site again. A significant feature of this building is a sloped green roof which provides an amazing space for relaxing and enjoying the green nature.

This project includes two levels of office space, and four stories of high-end retail space on the western edge of the city's Rasht New Area. The office buildings and retail space are designed to respond to the grid pattern of the old city. A large, signature green space is on the southern portion of the site. The curved facades of the north west of the building maximizes the view to Rasht's new central business district and establish a dynamic image for the development.

Hotel Damavand Tehran, Iran
Hotel Damavand is a 3 stars hotel located in city of Damavand, in distance of 30 kilometers from Tehran. The city has a great potential of tourism attraction as it is located in the hillside of the Damavand mountains. So the building should have a welcoming and unique identity based on the the local architectural elements. The significant geometery of building as a circle segment is one of the parameters to obtain this goal. This project contains 8 floors and 5,600 sq.m. area which aimes to provide a proper space for the city visitors.

This project is providing a center in order to do medical investigation on criminal and judicial documents refered by police or court. This building is designed based on the judicatory requirements in two levels including labs and autopsy areas in level -1 and also dental, women and general inqeuiry offices in ground floor.

This project aimed to provide a high quality space for blood donors in yazd and operate yazd's blood supply in a manner that gains trust, commitment and confidence of all people by providing safe, secure, affordable and accessable supply of quality blood, blood products and their altenatives. In this project,my role as an architect was creating and developing the design concept, supervising the design team and coordination between architectural and engineering discipline. The architectural design tried to meet all functional requirements by providing the proper relation between public and private zones and labs. The project is designed in three levels with 3500 sq.m. area.

yazd is an architecturally unique city in the center of Iran which is called the step sister of Venice by Unesco. It has almost 1,000,000 population and every year welcomes many visitors from all around the world. Therefore, the city airport as a first impression of city should be unique and well designed. The design shuld be simultanesouly modern and showing the identity of design context. Concept of design has inspired from deserts surrounding the city. tree shape of columns is symbol of thornbushes and smooth wavy roofs are the symbol of desert sands accumulated in wavy shapes.

This showroom is aimed to show and inroduce The Molteni&C / Dada products to Canadaian markets. The Molteni group is one of Italy’s leading international furnishing companies which consists of four compaines, each one at the forefront of its sector. close partnership were established some of well known Italian and international designers such as Foster+partners, Gio Ponti,.... The Toronto ahowroom is representing two of these companies: the Molteni&C (home Furnishing) and Dada (kitchens). The total area of the showroom is 735 sq.m. The design is considering the client’s reqirements in regards to product features and the best layouts which is able to attract and encourage the showroom visitors.
