Overnight Prints P.O. Box 15390 Irvine, CA 92623 (888) 677-2000

Hello there, Overnight Prints! I will say first and foremost, that I generally have found Overnight Prints customer service to have always reached top standards. You always resolve, or make up for a mistake, and I really appreciate it. I just received my order in the mail today, and for the most part, I am happy. My 4x6 rounded edge postcards (Exhibit A) looks perfect! I am not sure if you have an issue with magnet printing but the 4x6 magnets, but they seem to look as if there is dye bleed onto what ever in the design was white specifically the white text on pink looks to have become a dull/soft pink (Exhibit B), is that a normal effect of the paper quality? Also, a bunch of corners on some magnets are faded, and the magnets were sent separately in their own small box and many of the corners are damaged and bent up (Exhibit C). That being said about the first half of the order (both going to the same client), my clients would like to know what can be resolved about the print color bleeding into the white lettering and the bent up corners, and the turn around time for it? (they were hoping to mail both cards together, and as soon as possible) Unfortunately, as per the second half of my order, 50 Single Sided 8.5x11 Stationeries has serious problems. Here are the problems I have found (you can refer to the images on pages 3-4): 1. I received them in two separate boxes. Upon comparing - each set in the boxes were cut at a different trim size, neither of which are actually 8.5 x 11, I measured it with a ruler, and compared it to a US Letter sized paper. The smaller of the two only measures up to 8 x 10.75, the larger of the batch measures to 8.25 x 10.75. 2. On the larger cut portion, the design repeats at the top, so it seems there are a number of trim errors. On the smaller, the bottom half of the design cuts painfully close to bottom of the page. I followed the file set-up guidelines and it seems it still falls out of the safety zone. Regardless of the printing in or out of safety specs, or the repeats of the design, these did not even arrive in the right size I ordered, and all these problems combined are going to prevent me from using the 8.5 x 11” prints as I intended. I was going to cut them down to 4.25 x 5.5” and fit them into envelopes I received from you as a solution for my last mis-print. I am hoping that the resolution is that these are reprinted free of charge, whether they are an actual & decently aligned (within safety zone spec restrictions) 50 single sided 8.5 x 11 size prints, or 200 4.25 x 5.5” prints, or if 200 4 x 6” is easier/cheaper to print as a size - I can re-scale the design. Luckily I have more time for these to be finished, so we can work it out accordingly. I have attached images in a pdf, documenting all the aforementioned issues. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Thank you! -Mary Hanna mary.hanna@gmail.com 917.254.7825 maryhannadesigns.com

I stacked both sets of prints, notice how they do not align on the side and bottom.

This is one of the smaller trimmed prints, compared to an actual 8.5 x 11 Letter sized paper.

This is the print repeat I mentioned on the larger trimmed portion.
