Preserve Spray
8oz spray bottle 8 Drops Thieves 6 drops tea tree 4 drops cinnamon-water spray inside pumpkin once per week
Pumpkin Ingredients: 3 C Sugar 1 C Vegetable Oil 4 Eggs 3⅓ C Flour 2 tsp Baking Soda 1½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg ⅔ C Water 1 15oz Can of Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) 6 drops of Nutmeg Essential Oil
Directions: Beat sugar, oil, and eggs together. Beat in flour (1 cup at a time), baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in water and pumpkin (don't use a mixer for this part, it will splatter and mixture will look a little watery when finished. *if you are using essential oils instead of spices, add your drops in after you stir the water and pumpkin together, then stir again to mix well Bake in 3 greased loaf pans, 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let stand in pans for 10-15 minutes then remove and transfer to wire racks to cool. Let them cool completely before you wrap them up or store. They do freeze well.

2 cups pureed pumpkin 1 large egg 1/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup milk of choice 3 tsp melted butter or coconut oil 1/3 cup brown sugar or honey 2 tablespoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 drops Clove essential oil 2 drops Ginger essential oil 3 drops Cassia or Cinnamon essential oil 1 uncooked pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take pie crust and cut out circles to fit inside greased muffin tin. Don't roll the dough out too thin or else the pie will fall apart after its cooked. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Evenly divide the pie filling into pie crust. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until crust lightly browns and when a toothpick inserted into the pies come out clean. Let sit for 10 minutes, or until cool. Gently remove from pan and refrigerate.
