MONTGOMERY PROMENADE
THE PROJECT:
The Montgomery Promenade development consists of a 300,000 square foot retail “town center” located on the southwest corner of Route 206 and Route 518 near Princeton, New Jersey. The town center will be a single-level development transversed by a Main Street boulevard with wide sidewalks and an attractive streetscape providing a pleasant, pedestrian friendly retail experience and a community focal point. The market area is strong with a population of over 120,000, an average family income of over $150,000, median home values of over $339,000 and education levels that are among the highest in New Jersey.
THE PROMENADE
The Promenade features an acre of green space that will be used for concerts and farmers markets in the warmer months and and Ice Skating rink in the Winter months. There is also a beer garden that looks out onto the courtyard.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Montgomery Promenade development consists of 270,000 square foot retail “town center” located on the southwest corner of Route 206 and Route 518 near Princeton, New Jersey. FRANK THEATRES
The entertainment hub for the project boasts a 60,000 square foot Frank Theatres with stadium seating IMAX theatres, bowling alleys, a sports bar and a Flair Street Grill with outdoor seating that overlooks the courtyard.
SHOPPING
Montgomery Promenade features 95,000 square feet of retail featuring a mix of national and local retailors.
WAITING AREA
Between the Red Star Craft House and the Starbucks Coffee is a beatiful waiting area for shoppers gather, relax and unwind. The waiting area features wooden adirondack chairs, stone walls, landscaping, a fire pit and a water feature. There is also a valet parking dropoff for customers.
GREEN SPACE
During the winter the courtyard will be transformed into an Ice Skating rink with a raised planter featuring evergreen trees in the center.

MARKETING MATERIALS
We work side by side with the architects to ensure that your project branding is consistant and effective from the start of the project to the finish. Our creative team is involved with each project from the start to ensure that the architectural aesthetic is consistant with the design throught the project.
VIDEO ANIMATION
Studio B was asked to create a video animation highlighting the Montgomery Promenade project at various tradeshows. As the project progresses we are able to reflect that in our animations including Lumion renderings, drive throughs, custom logo animations as well as time lapse and still photography.
INTERACTIVE SITE PLAN
We dug in our heels and thought of a way to bring this project to a new level, using custom coded apps giving the user a hands on way to experience the Promenade. The results were well recieved and have proved to be a exciting new tool for our clients to utilize in the leasing presentation of there projects.

Custom Website development was created for this project featuring an interactive leasing map and Virtual Reality.
VIRTUAL REALITY
Studio B has created a number of VR views of this project so that you can experience the project in a virtual setting and see the project come to life making this a very effective tool for the leasing team. Together with the interactive leasing map we have created a number of new tools for our clients to utilize in the marketing of there projects.
PINSTRIPES
PARAMUS, NJ
THE PROJECT
Pinstripes is a high end dining and entertainment complex featuring bowling, bocce & dining. Located in Paramus, New Jersey this project came in at 35,000 square feet. By blending the interior into the exterior space we were able to provide the client with a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces. Using stategically placed nana walls to extend the interior we’re able to give patrons an outdoor experience in the colder months.
By using fiberboard cement panels we were able to provide our client with a more cost effective solution without sacraficing the design aesthetic.
THE PROJECT
The Asbury Park redevelopment project includes a remarkable 400,000 square feet of retail and entertainment development along Asbury Park’s prime oceanfront. The project represents an unprecedented opportunity to rebuild one of the nation’s most historic beach-front communities.

FEATURES
The Pavillion will have a mix of retail space, office space, dining and a beach club with direct beach access.

The 4th Avenue Pavillion features a rooftop area for entertainment and events including two bar areas wich can be used for private parties and events.
VIEWS
The Pavillion will have breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean from the rooftop area.
