Bios
Laura Althoff is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), trained mediator, executive coach, and Agile professional with a focus on enhancing individual performance. Her experience includes roles at organizations like Aetna, Dell, Pegasystems, iZotope, Boston Public Library, Harvard University, Wellesley College, Ohio University, and IntelyCare. Laura holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. Outside of coaching, she serves on the board of The Metropolitan Chorale, volunteers with Food For Free in Cambridge, enjoys travel, and is a lifelong choral singer.
Boriana Zaneva is dedicated to fostering human flourishing and optimal performance, guiding individuals and organizations toward more meaningful and fulfilling lives. With over 12 years of experience, she has delivered programs on happiness, leadership, and mindfulness across America, Europe, and Asia. She teaches Leadership and Positive Psychology at the Executive MBA program at the American University in Bulgaria and serves on the board of the Alumni Association. A certified coach and experienced speaker, Boriana has presented at international conferences and has written extensively on workplace happiness. She is also an artist and certified yoga teacher, integrating creativity and mindfulness into her work.
Jordan Lashley is an accomplished artist and committed yoga teacher and mentor with nearly two decades of experience, shaped by over 500 hours of training with renowned teachers. He believes in the transformative power of yoga to create balance physically, emotionally, and mentally and guides both students and new teachers on their own paths. Passionate about building community, Jordan's approach combines asana practice with deeper explorations of yoga philosophy and what it means to live a fulfilled life.
