Mettle offers staff annual skin checks and flu shots as well as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Birthday leave is also on the cards. Regular team-building events are planned to reward staff for their efforts including Loud Shirt Days and barefoot bowls. Where Mettle can practically help with its staff’s endeavours outside of their professional life, including personal training sessions, helicopter pilot lessons and courses in beekeeping and even wine tasting.
