Every company, organization, and team have a plan to produce results – not many have the same type of plan to build culture. And even though we have a tremendous number of recent examples, from business to professional sports teams, that point to the fact that those that have it are more productive and successful than those that don’t – it rarely gets the same amount of time and energy. Culture is often what determines if our teams and organizations are surviving or thriving –whether we succeed or even survive at all.
What is it? How do we assess it? How do we change it? How are we unintentionally hurting it? This session is designed to help us better understand the answers to those questions and equip Leaders with the tools to do so. We’ll be putting “tools in the toolbelt” to help leaders drive results by building a better culture in their organizations. Our time will help us understand the innately human process that is involved and how better understanding the people we lead allows us to get the best out of them.
The session is designed to equip attendees with practical takeaways – utilizing real-world experience and scenarios to improve application of concepts and ease of implementation posttraining.
