Be Prepared. Be Vigilant. Be Resilient
Be Prepared. Be Vigilant. Be Resilient
We are pleased to present this training opportunity to you to help your organization better understand the steps necessary to enhance site safety, security and to prepare employees for emergency incidents. This training is designed to create original safety protocols or enhance existing procedures to assist all employees in feeling more secure and better prepared for potential future incidents at work. Specifically, this training assists employees in identifying safe and efficient routes for evacuation from the building, or directions on where to best shelter in place. In addition, structural enhancements and recommendations for controlled access can be recommended during an on-site consultation. This training and site evaluation is suitable for various environments, including offices, schools, industrial facilities and other public venues.
The basics of Run, Hide, Fight training include safety protocols designed to teach individuals how to respond to an active shooter or workplace violence incident. This training evaluates and instructs on a variety of layouts within the workplace. From inside the building, the trainer can help the team identify the best evacuation route based on specific exit options (Run). If evacuation isn’t possible, the class assists in locating the safest place to hide (Hide). As a last resort, if evacuation and hiding are not available, this model will empower individuals to use all the tools available to confront the threat directly (FIGHT).
