The Aiea/Pearl Ridge area is one of Oahu’s most popular condominium markets, thanks to its proximity to military bases, Pali Momi hospital and Pearl Ridge Shopping Center. One of the area’s more popular buildings is Colonnade on the Greens , a gated condominium community surrounded by the Pearl Country Club golf course (though not part of it). Colonnade on the Greens, which was built in 1976, consists of 274 decently sized two- to four-bedroom apartments spread across five buildings.
