Mission Statement Here at Tarbet Tree Care we pride ourselves on our industry knowledge and experience, which is why our team of qualified tree surgeons are always on hand to offer educated advice and guidance. We understand that trees need to be maintained and managed to ensure their preservation but also appreciate that our customers as owners of trees have a part to play in their conservation. This is why we consider always consider the requirements and budget of our customers very carefully and will always be as competitive as possible to ensure that value is seen with their investment in us.

Our Vision Our vision is to grow slowly and effectively to ensure a quality, competitive service by the right people is always what we deliver.

Tone Of Voice We base our selves on being a friendly but a highly professional business. You must always bare this in mind when speaking to customers. Our ethos is to become our customer’s friends while maintaining our professionalism through our high level of knowledge and tone of voice in which we communicate with.

Logo Usage Our logo is a symbol of who we are and what we stand for so it is important that it can be viewed clearly.

Our logo shouldn’t be used any smaller then the sizes shown on any print based material. We would like to always see it no smaller than this on any screen based promotion i.e. the internet but understand that this isn’t always possible due to the various screen sizes the viewer will be using.

Colour Pallet Our Brand is supported up by 3 essential colours, brown, green and black. The colours can be printed in four colour spaces.

Spot Colours Pantone Ds 303 – 3 CMYK Cyan = 60 Magenta =80 Yellow = 100 Black = 30 RGB

Grey Scale

Red = 98 Green = 60 Blue = 37

Brand Colour Tones Tones of the three brand colours may be used as shown below for sub headings and block colour across promotional material but never for the logo.

Photogarphic Style All photography used on any promotional material should be clean and crisp with minimal editing. Our aim is to keep things as natural as possible, after all we are dealing with nature and as tree surgeons want to improve it not change it. Photographs maybe enhanced to bring out colour as long as the colour looks true to real life.
